I’ve never had any trouble of them losing or damaging anything. I get my giant comforter cleaned here about twice a year and they do great job and much less than other places.

Since I retired from Kaiser, it not convenient for me to still patronize your store. I have a Save On Cleaners that I Could walk to from my house, however, their sign advertises $3.75 per item. When you go inside they don’t honor that price. They charge $7.00 for a pair of jeans. Whenever I ask about the price on the sign, they tell me they will let the manager know.The sign is still there with no price change! I don’t like being duped.You guys are worth the ten mile drive. You are always such a breath of fresh air!! With EVERYTHING being so expensive these days I want to thank you for not raising your prices.

Well 2 months go by and it still says In Progress. I give them a call and they said it got lost in the system and its actually ready. My husband picks it up and they dont tell him that they couldnt clean it out. Once I check it at home I start wondering if they even tried cleaning it. Once I called them, they said they are sure they cleaned it and sometimes they arent able to clean it out. Yet, they havent disclosed it when my husband picked it up. Theres also a long piece of hair on the dress. Either its mine and never got cleaned or the person that supposedly cleaned this dress.Dont bring your wedding dress here!!!

I go to pick up my shirts and the cashier tells me I won’t be able to get my shirts back unless I paid three dollars due to them not counting the shirts correctly when I paid previously. When I asked if it was my fault, they didn’t count the shirts correctly, She just told me to talk to Management. Oh, and by the way, Management wasn’t there. Maybe it had something to do with when I drop my shirts off the cashiers father was there Asking me if her daughter was beautiful saying she was beautiful multiple times. I’m going to assume that the cashier didn’t count the right amount of shirts due to being embarrassed. Either way, it made me feel like I needed to go to a different cleaners expert to pay for services.

Comment: 09/27: I am so glad to say that the owner was true to his word. He is hard to get ahold of but my issue is now resolved. The owner offered to replace my coat with a similar one. These coats are winter season items so I had to wait until now for a retailer to sell something comparable. I purchased the comparable item and submitted my receipt and got a check to cover the cost. Thank you for making a bad experience right. I will continue to be loyal to this business. Its always a good practice to give someone a chance to fix their mistakes.06/10: Today I get notification that my coat is ready for pickup. Guess what? The zipper was replaced but it doesnt zip down all the way. The cashier tells me I have to call during my work hours (Monday 9:00 a.m. and 12:00 p.m.) to reach the Owner, to see what they can do. Isnt it apparent that my zipper is still not repaired and needs attention? This place is great for dry cleaning, but never again will I bring anything that needs alteration or repair. This hurts my heart that my favorite jacket is still not in my possession since April 15th. I trusted this place to get the job done and now I dont know when my coat will be fixed. The person who does the alterations comes and goes as they please they dont even consider other peoples agendas with their items. Thisis not professional at all!!06/01:I sent a coat in for zipper repair on April 17th. They said itd be ready in 3 weeks. Thank GOD its not cold weather because today is June 1st and I still dont have coat back 😢. I asked about it and they told me that they dont know when it will be ready. I only got my belt that belongs to the coat back. This place is great for cleaning but dont bring items you need back anytime soon for alterations or repair. Im upset that this is out of my control and I dont know when Ill get my coat back 😔.

When I told the girl who was at the front desk she said it was 8 pcs only even though I had the receipt for 9 pcs. Very rude telling me I didn’t count good and I never drop off 9 pcs. Spoke with manager next day, he reviewed the cameras and he found out they dropped one piece behind the counter. Javier (Manager) called me apologizing and saying he will get it back or pay for it. Until today I haven’t heard from him and when you try to call he’s never there, and don’t even bother leaving a message, they don’t care.

They lied saying that they called me “multiple times” about a loose thread. I never received a call or message. The lady at the counter actually laughed when I voiced my concern. Comment: I brought in 30 items to get cleaned. Normally my thought is you get what you pay for, but I decided to give them a shot because dry cleaning can be expensive. Out of 30 items I was literally only satisfied with three pieces. 17 of them got ruined. They had holes on them and stains that werent there before I dropped them off. Almost every item was wrinkled. My suit somehow changed shape, one of my shirts was misplaced. Now I understand that things happen but 27 out of 30 is unreal. The manager, Javier was rude and did nothing but argue. It was insulting. Bottom line if you have to replace the clothes you bring them its cheaper to pay professionals to clean them then to try to save a buck. If you value your clothes and good services, STAY AWAY FROM SAVE ON CLEANERS.

Comment: I have been patronizing this inexpensive cleaners for many years for my work silk blouses, suits and dresses. I am now retired and usually bring in slacks,sweaters, shirts, jackets.. This is the first major problem with my clothes. I bought a really nice sweat shirt in France and brought it in to have it dry cleaned instead of throwing it in the wash. I noticed there were two tiny holes in the fabric beneath the collar. The manager Javier Diaz would not let me file an insurance claim with Saveon Cleaners. I brought the visa charge in for receipt. He said the holes were already there. I disagreed with him, that there may have been a spot and their cleaning fluids probably made the holes. I refused to take my sweat shirt and sent an e mail to the owners and they have not responded to my request. There must be a cleaning board I can file a claim with! I noticed there are quite a few complaints on line and thought I should add mine to the group. Anyone have any suggestions?
