Comment: I recently moved and was looking for a dry cleaners nearby for dresses worn at my nieces wedding. Based on other reviews, I gave Rytina a try.Finding their location is not difficult once you realize they are not in Loehman’s Plaza but behind it and a large sign draws your eye to their parking lot. As you park, you can see their cleaning operation behind large windows. Most cleaners I’ve been to have their operation behind the front counter making it difficult to see.Seeing what was going on behind the large windows almost made me not see the door on the right to the front counter, where I was greeted by the sweetest young woman. She took my information and quickly set up an account for me. She told me my items would be done in a week.A lot of thought went into the front counter area. The area is large and there are a few intake stations where I saw at least two people working the counter both times I visited. There are dark metal racks that I thought were decoration but they use them the hang your clothes on when you pick up your items. Very classy area!Within 4 days, I received a text that my dresses were ready. The same young woman waited on me when I arrived for pickup I mentioned the quick turnaround. She smiled and was pleased I was a happy customer!

After looking at the hours on the door, I saw that the hours indicated closing was at 5:00pm. Walking back to the car, a gentleman came out and told me that 6:00pm was the pre- Covid closing time and told me to come in and he would process my order. After taking in my garment, I thanked him for going above and doing that for me and it is unusual for a business to help a customer 50 minutes after it has closed. When I picked up my garment, the staff out front told me that my description of the gentleman that helped me after hours sounded like the Owner. What a wonderful experience to have with the owner of this business. Now dropping the blue bags and moving all our orders to Rytina. That’s good old school customer service!

The woman who helped me was professional, knowledgeable and helpful with my questions. I received my sweaters back early the following week, delivered right to my front door, packaged nicely in their bags. The sweaters had a lot of stains and they got all of them out and they smelled great, no chemical smelling clothes. Even my husband was impressed with the package and smell. The only glitch was a sweater was still being process and didnt make it with the delivery. I msg on the app but did not receive an answer. When I called, the person knew exactly who I was and said she had answered me, but the app did not show the msg. That was the only glitch. I will definitely use them again. They were great! Thank you for taking great care of my sweaters.

Highly recommend working with her!We were recommended Rytina Fine Cleaners by Brides for a Cause in Sacramento.This place is huge, definitely industrial, but still provided a fair price for cleaning of a wedding dress. Ours was $272 for the dress pictured. They go through a checklist to see whats needed and give you a price on the spot. It does take about 2+ months to get back but were in no rush.Havent gotten the dress back but will update review if anything is wrong.

Comment: I took in a few pieces of vintage embellished knits. They were kind to tell me that because of the vintage nature, some embellishments may not fare well but it came out beautiful. They told me they would be removing the sequined buttons and reattaching after cleaning. I would definitely use Rytina for all my dry cleaning and specially pieces. Comment: Rytina Cleaners was recommended to me by the tailor who altered my wedding dress. I brought my wedding dress in to be cleaned and preserved. While at the shop, the attendant examined my dress and provided me with a quote before I committed to the services. I appreciated having all the details upfront and felt I could make an informed decision. My dress was preserved in acid free tissue paper in a cardboard box wrapped in a muslin case. I was provided white cotton gloves so that I could take my dress out and look at it without any oils or dirt from my hands getting on the dress. I’m very pleased with how my dress turned out and I love that it is preserved in such a way that it is still accessible. Rytina offers free pick up and delivery of your garment. I originally requested a pickup of my dress, but due to a couple of miscommunications my dress was not picked up. Other than that, it was a very easy process, and my dress was returned to me earlier than expected.

The rugs are now at least better than what they were the first time I had them dry cleaned. Im giving this dry cleaners three stars for their customer service, I may try them again based in that.UPDATE: Unfortunately, I have to update my review. After removing my rug runners from the plastic and taking a closer look, I have to wonder what exactly was dry cleaned. There is lint entangled in the tassels of the runners and there appears to be something dried up and stuck all over the rugs. Im not even sure what it is because it wasnt there before. I basically paid around $70 for my rugs to be ruined. I will be contacting this cleaning agency but I am only giving two stars for the staff being friendly and my rugs being finished when they said they would be (although not cleaned well).

As mistakes do happen. Only, to greatly regret that decision! This time, my 100% Wool, Super 100, dress slacks were AGAIN washed with regular laundry- against the attached DRY CLEAN ONLY label warning! That they’ve been in business and have been owned by the same family for decades is testimony alone to the high quality of their work and customer service. Rytina invented the concept of going above and beyond. When I discovered my handmade wedding dress had been hanging in a closet and hadn’t been cleaned for years after a mother and daughter fashion show, I took it to Rytina, who among other things specializes in the care of wedding attire. Not only did they remove some old stains and make the 30+ year-old dress look new, but they packed it in an acid-free garment box and muslin covering for appropriate storage. Proprietress Katie Brown and her team do not simply clean and wrap clothing, though. I consider Katie to be an historian who takes the time to talk with the customer about how material and vintage thread, for example, fares over time and in our climate, and what can be done to care for such pieces. In the end, I enjoy getting to know local shop owners, and it’s a pleasure seeing Danny on delivery days, or the staff when I can stop in to pick up and say hello.

Comment: My first Dry Cleaners experience and I’m so glad I chose Rytina! They truly live up to these great reviews. With the free pick up & delivery, it makes everything so much easier. And the delivery man was kind enough to give us a call when no one was home. Shows that they truly care! I sent a silk robe & white comforter, both were extremely dirty. The silk robe was dirty with dirt/mud stains, and the comforter had nasty sweat stains lol. But we received both back in its original form as if they were brand new. I’m in love with Rytina’s service!

Comment: I cant say enough wonderful things about this place. Im getting married in a month and I recently inspected my wedding dress and found multiple stains on it. Luckily I found Rytinas and they were so kind to me when I called to schedule an appointment. My dress was actually done earlier than I had hoped! They got the stains out of my dress and even fixed the loopholes where my sash goes because they were too loose. They even helped me out to my car to help me hang it so that my fiance didnt see my dress! (He was sitting in the drivers seat)Very sweet staff. I will absolutely be back!

Comment: Had a bizarre order. A mattress covered in dog vomit. The outside of the mattress zips off and we were able to remove it before it soaked into the foam. Normally they do clothes, but they were willing to give it a shot. A very clean and vomit free mattress cover was returned to me with free delivery. Couldnt be happier!

I dropped off a one of a kind Dior suede coat as a last resort, The coat is chartreuse green and was covered was with lipstick stains from my daughters photography class shoots. Rytina was very clear on the expectations that with the stains would be a challenge and could not guarantee the results . They were also upfront that the cost would be $140. Since I as prepared to trash the coat, I figured I would invest in the $140. I just picked up the coat- every stain is gone and it looks brand new! I expect that but the wonderful thing is that while Im being helped, I watch the others working there being just as careful and attentive to someone bringing in a pair of pants or a shirt.
