Comment: This place always does a great job hemming my work pants and they are always super nice and really quick. They have one parking spot designated for customers that you can hop in the store real quick and hop out. Which is really nice. There’s other parking in the parking lot, if that one is taken but it’s usually pretty full so it’s nice that they have that one spot! Also the dry cleaning that I’ve had done there has been great as well. Really fast too! I just moved back to LA from Vegas, so the dry cleaning is a little bit more expensive than in Vegas but it’s a good price for the LA area!

Comment: Rainbow cleaners is great - i had taken several shirts to a previous cleaner - & could not take of several spots on my shirts, when i took the to rainbow, & went back to pick my shirts up, the spots were gone, they also smell fresh, i would & have recommended, to my family members & friends, & they now thank me for letting them know of rainbow & they also said had told other friends & family members, said, they have been told that rainbow is awesome as well as the people that work there, they treat you like family please try them you will be amazed thank you very much victor gambino

Comment: I used this business to get som dry cleaning done, and they did right. I asked to get a shirt sewed and they didnt even sew it and charged me for it. They will say that the sewing gets done by someone else. If thats the case and you know its shoddy work, then find another person / group to do your sewing. Cmon. Get it together.

Comment: Wow Rainbow cleaners are rock stars! Not only are the fast and professional but most importantly they are friendly and always greet me with a smile. The cleaned and preserved my wedding dress and I cannot wait for the day I can pass it on to my daughter. They’ve also done amazing work cleaning my leather jacket that I stupidly got red lipstick on and it came out better than I could have hoped for. I take all my specialty items here my down comforters are always super fluffy and their pressing skills are on point! I highly recommend using these guys for all your dry cleaning needs to say they’re amazing is an understatement! Thanks Rainbow cleaners you rock!!!

Comment: *PLEASE READ, IF YOU PLAN ON COMING HERE*Only writing this review, so you guys can improve your customer service and work ethic.I brought a work uniform to rainbow cleaners because they were literally 8 minutes from my house. I had them only do alterations to the uniform. The manager promised me they would be ready by tomorrow. I got caught up with work so I came the day after they promised it would be ready. I come in on a Saturday and see that my clothes was bunched up on the counter, not hung up and ready to go. When I tried the clothes on, that’s when I noticed that they didn’t do what they charged me for. So I’m beyond upset because I needed this uniform. The girl working there got on the phone with the manager and wasted about 30 minutes of my time sending him pictures and him trying to coach her how to refund me for what wasn’t done. Then she stated that she would refund me and we will fix the pants for you.Fast forward almost 2 weeks later, I go to pick up the clothes and they charged me, even after all of the inconveniences on their part. Dealing with rainbow cleaners has wasted so much of my time and the alterations weren’t good anyways.I would advise to never use the alterations services here, just stick to getting your clothes dry cleaned. Also, the lovely young lady who works on the weekends, needs to be a bit more trained on the job before being solo.

I got an old sheep skin rug cleaned and stitched up where it began to tare. I was going to throw it out but they gave it new life. I am very pleased. Great job Rainbow Cleaners. I will be back!

Comment: Rainbow cleaners is honestly my favorite dry cleaners, I gave a shirt to alter they had it ready in 2 days, that shirt had a stain they were able to remove it when another cleaners couldnt. their prices are very fair, great customer service, and the best part they do everything in house. If you live in the Sherman oaks area use rainbow cleaners, you wont be disappointed.

Comment: I was so happy with my alterations and most of the dry cleaning. I had brought in 6 items. One of my shirts was completely ruined. I have pictures as I have another shirt that is the exact same material but a different style that I did not get dry cleaned. I am trying to find an email so I can email Katie, the pictures. Katie seemed super nice, but when I showed her my shirt she was defensive, offered no compensation for the damage, and blamed me that I didn’t remember what my shirt looked like since I took a month to pick up my clothing. (I moved out of the area). I am very disappointed, as I was going to make the drive with future alterations. I am in customer service and I would never treat a customer like that. All it would have taken was a $10-$20 reimbursement and an apology. I will never go back. I am not a big review writer as I don’t have time. This time I made the time.
