Comment: I came here from a coupon I received in the mail expecting good service given the area and next door competitor. I needed to get two thrifted jackets dry cleaned before I introduced them into my wardrobe out of caution. I received my order, and everything went perfectly well until I received a call the next day claiming I picked up two jackets, one of which did not belong to me. During the phone call interaction, I was asked several times if I was sure I didnt receive another customers order. After stating several times that I had not, I was then questioned why I hadnt noticed one of my jackets was missing. I honestly didnt think to check, given that I had no need for the jackets right now and didnt think that a store that handled thousands of pieces would mess up my order. After stating once more that I did not take someone elses piece and I had only one piece, I was told several times that they wanted me to come in and that they would be checking the cameras to ensure I hadnt taken someone elses piece. To be accused several times of lying about taking someone elses pieces and being told twice that they would be checking the cameras to verify my claims, was embarrassing. Why would I lie about what I have? Being threatened with looking at camera footage twice and being treated like a thief is not worth me coming back, especially when they have a competitor right next door.

Usually the clothes are ready a day or two BEFORE the scheduled due date written on the receipt.They always acknowledge me in a friendly and familiar way.I will continue to use them mostly for dry cleaning…and once in a while for alterations and laundry.

Comment: Let me just start by saying the owner of this dry cleaners is such a great human being and really cares about his customers! I had a last min wedding to attend on a Sunday and needed same day cleaning on my evening gown, he got it done 2 hours earlier than expected and pressed another “just in case” dress in 5 mins as I was in a huge hurry. He went above and beyond and he also walked the dresses to my car himself so they don’t drag on the floor and placed them properly so they don’t get wrinkled. Plus he didn’t charge an alarm and leg for same day. Trust me you want to go here for all your clothes! Thank you so much Robert, you’re amazing!!

Comment: This was my second time coming back . I dropped off clothes a while ago with them to be cleaned and finally came back to get them. Luckily they weren’t even mad nor did they complain that they could’ve tossed away my stuff because it was almost 8 months since I dropped the clothes off to be cleaned. They rebagged the clothes and then I noticed some stuff had gotten some dust on it from sitting for 8 months. Instead of telling me it’s my fault for leaving it they said we will redo it free of charge. It was so classy. The owner actually took his time out and talked to me and was a really good human. The service business is alive and well and this Cleaners is without a doubt there to meet your needs and desires.

I love that they text me when the clothes are ready to be picked up. My only complaint? I never know if theres a line to stand in to wait for help, do I just stand and wait at an empty counter, or do I stand behind another customer thats being helped. Maybe a sign would be helpful? But theyre really top notch!

Comment: Worst dry cleaning experience ever. I dropped six pieces of my shirts and dresses, three of them were left stain on them when I picked up. And what they did on my shirts definitely damaged the fabrics! Each of the damaged pieces were over $1000 and the owner only said they may make some mistakes and didn’t do a good job with the worst attitude I can imagine! One of my Alexander Mcqueen was dry clean only but the stuff did it’s washable. I believe that’s how they ruined my shirt . I’m really upset about what they did and how the business owner responded to me with his pretty scary attitude.

Comment: Damaged clothes terrible of customer service. If these things are important to you in relation to your dry cleaning then you’ve come to the right place! They somehow managed to destroy the buttons on a Burberry shirt. I’m not happy about it but things happen. What’s upsetting is that instead of apologizing, refunding the cleaning, or even offering to replace the buttons they repeatedly tried to get me to get the buttons replaced on my own. I even brought two more items for them to clean both worth $500 each in good faith that they were going to fix my shirt. Their advice was to go to the Burberry store myself and see if they can help me?? I then asked the guy to give me my clothes back because I’m taking my business elsewhere and instead I received attitude and he went and processed the items I asked back and sent me on my way. I was running late didn’t care to argue.

A month ago my husband took his shirts to them and I asked my husband to take couple garments of mine to dry clean too. My husband comes back with a a huge tear in my shirt and tells me they acknowledged they ruined my shirt and they are ready to make up for it . I called their owner and toldhim where I got my shirt and it’s been a month and I am still waiting for them to reimburse me for my shirt . However I ruined a tire in their parking lot. They have some kind of loose rail with bolts sticking out like 2 inches tall lining the exit of the lot. That made this order very expensive for me! I strongly advise you to use street parking and not use their parking lot.

They were really busy and took a while to get information on getting it cleaned and the results. Ended up speaking with a manager I think. Anyways they took it. It wasnt ready in a month like they said. No problem. Got a ready call two weeks later. Went to go pick it up. The employee and I were shocked to see it was not cleaned. Also the aides of the dress were ripped and a button was missing as if it was just passed around the store or something. Horrible. This was my wedding dress. Thank God I didnt pay for anything. Comment: This place has outstanding customer service, they go beyond any other cleaners I have ever used. They dry cleaned my coffee stained jeans 2 extra times for free because the stains I was trying to remove had not come out the first time and eventually they came out and the pants look new. Every employee I have dealt with there has somehow gone out of their way to make me happy as a customer including letting me pick up my pants a couple of minutes after the store had officially closed to save me a trip back. Highly recommended!
