Comment: I wanted to share my positive experience with Orucase. During my recent trip to Asia, I noticed a tear on my bike case. I contacted Orucases warranty department via email and received a prompt response from Kyle. He helped me with a shipping tag and returned my bike case after repairing it and adding extra reinforcement. I am extremely grateful to Orucase for their excellent customer service and for standing behind their product.

Comment: Best customer service I ever received in my life . I would like to thank Kyle Kirby for handling my return in super professional manner, my return label was issued minutes after the conversation and replacement was sent the same day amd arrived with in 24hrs since I had a travel plans, they took care of ne before I finished return . I want all cyclist Mtb rider consider Oru case when traveling by air it’s compact it’s taugh it’s easy to store fold and assemble when not in use and road bike case is small enough board as check in, I have nothing but praise thank you and keep pedaling 🥂

Comment: Orucase frame pack fits great on a 55cm gorilla monsoon. The frame attachments are also great for a steel or carbon frame unlike other sewn in straps.

Comment: I am SOOO pleased with my Orucase B2-R, and their service was even better. The case is so compact and well thought out. I was able to fit my 58cm gravel/road bike in, plus by tools, pump shoes, helmet, sunnies, etc. It’s so compact compared to the EVOC bags I’ve used in the past. WAY easier to get around the airport, and fits easily in the back of most cars (instead of having to rent a minivan to fit it in).And then there the service. Josie was amazing. I found and ordered my B2-R on a Thu with 1 day delivery, knowing I was flying Friday afternoon. Josie made sure the shipment went out asap and it arrived Friday at noon.I couldn’t be more stoked. Orucase rocks.

Comment: Dont be afraid of getting this case because you have to do disassembly. Phil Gaimon is definitely right about this case needing two more wheels but it is an awesome case nonetheless. Get the padding kit for even more security.

The design of this case, with the two wheels in the back and the low handle on the front required very little energy to move my bikes around during travel. It was a great help after a +12 hour flight to have an easy time moving the bikes from the airport to ground transportation. The bikes arrived safely no matter how the Orucase was handled in transport.Thank youBob Fetherston

Comment: Love your stuff. Your bike bag is excellent. I have S&S coupled frames and I hate them. Taking the entire bike apart and having to reassemble them makes traveling a time suck. Your case just works. Pull the handlebars and the fork, put a couple of shower caps on the chainring and cassette. I use my clothes for padding and I’m done. The bag is padded and fits perfectly. Even a 58cm frame. This case does what you want it to do most, help you get riding.

Not only are their products of stellar quality, they also stand behind their products and help you with any issues that may arise over time with said products. When the wheels starting breaking on my original B2, Isaac sent me new ones for no charge. I recently upgraded to the B2-MTB and its very spacious. I can pack so much along with my bike in there!

Comment: Awesome products and even better customer support! Ive packed several of the bags (frame, top tube, saddle, and handle bar) beyond full and never had an issue. Soaked several in a creek crossing, and then laid a heavy layer of gravel dust on top of them. Cleaned up just fine the next day, and kept all my contents clean and dry!
