Comment: There are not a lot of companies anymore where you can seal a deal with a handshake and trust the work will be done correctly and as agreed upon. Thankfully Olson Plumbing is a throwback to when customer service mattered and people took pride in the job being done right.With the sewer and drain lines starting to go in my neighborhood, and my cast iron pipes visibly rusting away, I had Olsen come out for an inspection and the inevitable big job of coating/relining. I couldnt have been happier I went with them.They have the gear and equipment - along with their sister company Beach Plumbing - to do the job without subcontracting, so you know who is doing the work. And with their decades of experience, they know how to do it right. (Unlike another company who gave me a widly overpriced quote for a much more destructive option.)Most importantly, they work till the job is done right. There is never anything easy or standard about my old house, and despite some unexpected challenges and the work being more than anticipated, they took the extra time to make sure it was correct and will last.I could go on longer about more positives like how friendly the plumbers were and how they answered all my questions - thanks Fabian and Alex - but this review is already so long. So, if you are still reading this call them for a qoute and maybe this will be the last time you ever have to search reviews for plumbers ever again.

Comment: Best plumbers in Huntington Beach. Richard was honest, friendly and just all around amazing. His crew Marco, Alex and the guys from Beach Plumbing were the best. Comment: I had pipes running through my garage that I knew nothing about, my washer faucets were rusted so badly that I wasn’t comfortable changing them. I called Olson’s and within 30 minutes Marco showed up and fixed everything very nicely. He was a kind, professional and efficient man.

Comment: My toilet and sink were backing up and Richards guys came in a very timely manner, unclogged both the toilet and the sink, cleaned up after themselves and did a really great job. Theyre super friendly and very easy to talk to. Richard also came out to give me an estimate on some other work that I will need down the line. Theyre just great folks to work with.

Comment: Marco came to help us with a clogged sink. He was professional and friendly. He took care of the clog quickly and tested the sink to make sure it was working perfectly. The sink has never drained so well! If we ever have any plumbing issues in the future we will call Marco for help!

Comment: A rare breed when it comes to plumbers nowadays. They pitch that they We are real plumbers, not high pressure salespeople on their profile. Thats really the only apsect they pitch; no scarcity tricks, no upsell, and disgustingly (pun intended) outrageously generous with their guidance and knowledge, and willingness to help beyond the scope we agreed to. Their quotes are extremely reasonable too.

Comment: I used Olsons Plumbing for a toilet repair a few years ago and called them for a different toilet problem in another bathroom. Marco was prompt: arrived on time and worked quickly. I like that he told me the price for the job upfront. I will definitely use them again.

Comment: Richard is amazing! We had low water pressure in our house. He came in, did the inspection and fixed the problem within minutes! With 40+ years of experience, hes obviously very knowledgeable but also honest. He wont charge you any weird extra fees. He has a beautiful family and told me hes getting ready to retire soon so you better call him before he does!

Comment: Massive leak do to a line break in my laundry room. Marco came out on an emergency from another job. Capped the line but had to come back the next day with the needed parts. Returned on time and 30 minutes later back and running better than before. Awesome service, professionalism and respect. Olson’s Plumbing is the only plumber i will ever use! Thanks Marco

Comment: Marcos and his boss Richard were vastly more knowledgeable than the other rooter company who came out earlier that day. The other company quoted $4500 to tear up our kitchen floor and replace a pipe that was not broken. Olson’s plumbing is awesome! They walked me through what we saw during the entire camera inspection and explained what did or did not need attention.

Comment: Olsons Plumbing is awesome! Our bathroom drains were running really slow and our shower had standing water. I tried for hours to unclog the drains myself, but was unsuccessful. To make matters worse, the wax seal on our toilet broke due to the clog that was blocking our drains. Marco came out and had all of our issues resolved in less than two hours! We had roots in our drain pipe and he was able to clear them out and get our drains back in working order and the quoted price was spot on!
