Comment: I so wanted this place to be good as it’s my neighborhood tailor, and they can hem a pair of pants fine. But past that they have trouble. My black out curtains came out with a major bow at the bottom. I had to get them redone elsewhere. And I also have to get my jeans zipper redone elsewhere. Instead of choosing a standard copper zipper to match what they were replacing, they choose a thick flashy zipper with silver teeth that’s noticeable even with the zipper zipped up when looking at it from from the side.

Comment: Had a last minute job to tailor a suit jacket prior to a big dinner and Nouvelle took me in immediately and turned it around in time for my event. Did great work with a sleeve hem and bringing in the back. Cleaned it for a more than reasonable price after too!

Comment: I’ve had 3 pairs of pants tailored here and every time they come back great!2 pairs of jeans taken in at the waist, and one pair of long VERY flowy pants was hemmed as well. They are courteous, quick, and do a high quality job.

Comment: AVOID this DECEITFUL cleaners at all costs. I had three Indian traditional outfits laundered with dresses, pants and shawls. When I picked up my items and left the owner gave no indication whatsoever that he had changed the number of items of on my ticket (and total price) after I dropped them off without consulting me, and had lost one of my dresses. When I went home and discovered that one was missing and inquired, he pretended to not know what I was talking about when he could see that he clearly changed the number of items that I had dropped off. I was planning on wearing this to a wedding and I was very upset. He called me a few days later that he had found it, and when I arrived he showed me that there were holes in the fabric. It was damaged and I have a feeling he was trying to cover it up the whole time and hope that I did not notice. Extremely unprofessional. I will not be returning and urge you to take your business elsewhere to a trustworthy establishment.

They delivered on time and within budget for me, not to mention the dress looked better than new after they’d worked their magic. Comment: First experience with a tailor and they definitely set the bar high. I have to wear business professional attire at work so I decided to find a tailor to make my clothes look their best. Based on their reviews I expected the best, and they didnt disappoint. They have excellent customer service, no matter how busy they are. Their pricing is very fair and they complete the job in the promised amount of time. What more could you want from a tailor?
