Comment: Edit: have emailed, but no response againReturned unclean clothes even though employee guaranteed they could clean them when I dropped them off and overcharged for them.Employee working there when I picked it up mentioned that they fired the employee who was making incorrect claims and they would be able to refund me if i talked to the manager - however have not been able to get a response.I only went to them because it was a Sunday - most other dry cleaners would be able to clean garments properly and have adequate communication.

Comment: Tony and Jose are the best. Extremely professional, kind, and outstanding teamwork to ensure the best quality dry cleaning in town. I’m always scared that when I drop off my clothes at the cleaner something will go wrong, but I’m happy to have finally found a place that is extremely reliable, professional, and cleans even the most delicate items extremely well. These guys are the real deal! I appreciate the attention to detail by even taking notes of the brands of each item which gives peace of mind when dropping off your nice items. I also found out that they double check the label before cleaning even without your request. I had a special item I needed cleaned in a very particular way, and they emailed the cleaner with specific instructions and details. There are a lot of cleaners in San Francisco that pretend to do what these guys really get done! Price is reasonable as well (on top of discounts they regularly throw in), especially considering no toxic chemicals are used in the cleaning process.

Comment: If you want your wedding suit to look like this after you get it dry cleaned, this is the place for you. It’s a shame because the staff in the Cow Hollow location are amazing, but this is an awful dry cleaning job from wherever they ship these clothes to.

Comment: I like this place. Was out of town for business and my wife decided to drop off a few shirts at Mulberry’s, which I neglected to do before I left (my bad). She doesn’t do that often (I think it’s the second time she’s been there). What’s very impressive is Toni recognized that my wife was dropping the shirts off on my behalf. That’s the personal touch I’ve noticed with Mulberry’s - they recall customers names. On top of that, their service is terrific. 1) solid metal hangers 2) collar tabs replaced 3) shirts checked to determine if extra cleaning is needed 4) shirts smell freshly laundered 5) fast turnaround. If you want a positive experience with positive results, try this location.

Comment: 5/2/22 Update: regional manager reached out after a month of the local manager giving me runaround - only responded because I wrote a review. Never denied damaging shirt, proceeded to use very harsh cleaning to try to remove glue and shirt now looks worn out as if it was 3 years old (this was first wash). Manager refused to replace shirt, never denying they ruined it, and only offered cleaning credit. Again, don’t go here… they don’t care, at all.Original Post: Do not go here. This place lost my wedding shirt and offered me 10% of the value. It was a brand new shirt, worn once. They ignored me and gave me the runaround for months and only partially paid me for the shirt when I got a reporter involved. They offered me an cleaning credit for the balance. 2 years later I decided to give them another chance and, at pick-up, (1) they couldn’t find the credit (2) ruined a shirt by getting glue on my new shirt. Also, all the clothes collected were covered in blue fuzz. Once again, the manager is giving me the runaround - it’s been two weeks and they haven’t said anything more than “we will look into it”

Comment: Terrible service, do not recommend!Took my once-worn $2,400 custom suit in for dry cleaning before a wedding, upon pickup: the dress pants were missing, the suit jacket was ripped in their custody, and another customer’s item that did not resemble mine, a gold women’s shirt, was in my pickup bag instead of my dress pants. All this on top of missing the promised deadline for cleaning pickup.Because of their mistake, I showed up at a wedding with a ripped suit jacket without dress pants.Over the course of three weeks following, I made four in-person visits to remedy the various issues which resulted in: recovery of the pants, a partial refund for the cleaning, and a poor quality repair job on the suit jacket they had ripped.This was my second and last time using Mulberry’s Garment Care. If you’re reading this review, I urge you to take your clothes to any other cleaning or alteration service in the Cow Hollow/Marina area.

Comment: Mulberrys did a great job of cleaning one of my dresses, but the other is a complete debacle. I brought it in with stains that I knew might not be removable, but they said theyd try. When I came back to pick up the dress, the black stains were less visible but it looked as if bleach had been poured on each spot. They gave me a printout on invisible stains and explained that these marks were on the fabric already and simply became visible after heat was applied. I actually laughed. I understand the concept, but whatever made these marks was clearly applied to each and every grease stain. Im glad this was not my favorite dress. My biggest concern is the absolute lack of customer service: I still have not gotten a call back from anyone who will discuss this with me, and Mulberrys in their emails has taken zero responsibility for the situation. Leaving me to wonder if I had amnesia about pouring something on the stains at home... haha.

Comment: Green Streets Cleaners did an amazing job with my wedding dress! I found them via a Google Search for cleaners in San Francisco who could steam my dress prior to our destination wedding in the city. We were on a limited time frame, and I only had about 2 days to get the dress steamed before I needed it back, and I was concerned about finding somewhere that could handle it. As it turns out, Green Streets was such a find! Sean, our contact at the company, was SO HELPFUL. He was very communicative via email, helped me understand the process and timeline, found which location was closest to our hotel, and worked out when I could drop off my dress and get it back. All told, it took less than 48 hours (more like 24!) to get my dress steamed. All of the wrinkles from packing/traveling were gone. It was flawless. The cost? About $230, which was well worth it, given the limited time frame we had - I dropped it off on Tuesday, and I had it back Thursday morning (it was ready Wednesday evening), which was the day of our rehearsal dinner. I highly recommend Green Streets Cleaners for your wedding dress care! For those interested, my dress was a Pronovias dress: crepe column/mermaid style, with a bateau neckline, illusion netting and lace back, with lace going down the entire back of the dress, and a long train. Ive included a candid photo, so you can see just how long it was - every inch of it looked great!
