Comment: Suzanna and her team are straight up fantastic. I used her a few years ago to have a suit tailored and they did a great job for an even better price. More recently though, I bought a handful of suits and needed all of them tailored, so I figured I’d shop around and get some prices. I went to three other shops in the area and all of them were not only more expensive, but also their customer service was abysmal; they seemed totally disinterested in my business. By comparison, when I walked back in to Mode De Paris, Suzanna somehow remembered me from years ago and took care of me right away. Her customer care is genuinely refreshing, and again, her price absolutely was the best of all the shops. All this is to say, lesson learned and I definitely won’t be shopping around next time!

Comment: I wouldn’t use this place if it was the last tailoring on earth. Called and she was absolutely rude. I asked questions and any good professional business woman would answer with a good attitude. I was willing to spend a large amount of money to have my abayas tailored. I’ll definitely be using another business and giving them my money. Also her unprofessional responses to the reviews is absolutely embarrassing. This lady is terrible.

Comment: Not very professional. They have a nice shop but they seem to be too busy for new people. Good for them, but not good for customers. They do not provide accurate times and delivery of service. She was on the phone in 3 other meetings / calls the whole time while there. I just suggest give yourself more time than you need. If you need your item in 2-day allow for 10-14.days delivery. If you need your items quick this may not be a good place. Dont waste time driving there if you need fast. If you can deal with 30 day delivery time they might work for you.

Comment: My sister had recommended me to go here and Im so glad she did. Suzanna altered my outfit when no one else would. I was in a rush because I had a wedding out of town and when everyone else said it wasnt enough time to get it altered, she told me to drive over. I took my outfit Saturday right before closing and I needed it before my flight on Tuesday morning. She got it all done by Monday night. Im so appreciative of Suzanna. I had lost all hope but I went into her shop and she made me feel confident that she could get the job done in my time crunch. I had the top completely altered because it was huge on me before as well as the skirt. The skirt was hemmed and shorted. Suzanna was so sweet and she made me feel really confident throughout the whole process. I will be taking all of my alterations here from now on and Ill be recommending her to anyone who needs alterations.

Comment: I called first and was told to go there after 2 pm. When I got there Susan, the lady doing alterations, was helping an other customer, a young girl, so I waited. When she finally was done with her alteration, Susan kept making small talk with the chatty young girl by the register for almost twenty minutes all the while I was standing there in my dress and there was also an other customer who was also waiting!Unprofessional to ignore you have customers waiting and inconsiderate waste of their time.In the end Susan did not have a solution on how to best modify my high neck chiffon dress into an off the shoulders one( which I have to admit was not an easy task) so I went to a dressmaker.I appreciated her honesty but not the rude treatment she gave me.

Comment: I have falling in love with each and every item I have had altered here. Being new to the area I didn’t know which businesses I can trust. I have been dieting and working out a lot and the changes in body have created a happy inconvenience…I can’t fit my clothing lol. I really like my clothing so instead of shopping for all new items I decided to try Mode de Paris for alterations. The results have ALWAYS been beyond expectations. The new fit of my altered clothing is admittedly BETTER than the fit at purchase! So far I have taken each and every item in my closet and anything new I have purchased. When I shop now I don’t really worry to much about an item fitting me because I’m almost for certain taking all I buy to Mode de Paris to make it fit uniquely for ME! This is THE BEST BUSINESS FOR ALTERATIONS AND CREATIVITY!!! Comment: Drove 30 min to this place, got here on Monday at 9:15am. The place is still closed, not a single soul inside. Fix your work hours or take your business hours more serious. Called the number, the woman answered at 9:15am she will be there in 20 min. So like ~9:35. That’s no a serious business approach. Time is money.
