Comment: Terrible service and small selection from most Mens Warehouse locations. I was inside looking around for shirts for work, pants, and a new coat and I was never greeted or asked if I needed help. Their selection and size offerings did not inspire me and I had to go to another store.

Comment: Weve been to five Mens Wearhouse locations in Southern California in the past week. The store in Pasadena on Lake Avenue is the most organized. Also, a young man who was working at this store named Christopher exhibited exceptional customer service with his professionalism, good manners, and is very helpful. We let the manager know what a well organized store and an exceptional employee he has. We ended up purchasing many items from here. This is great place to shop for mens suits for many reasons.

Comment: TLDR – Not greeted, ignored for other customers, sexism, desired sizes not available. 0/5 stars, DO NOT recommend.I walked into this establishment seeking an XL dress shirt for my partner. He needed this sizing in case anyone is looking for the same one: 36/37 x 16.5-17.5.Regardless, I very frantically search racks, shelves, and displays for at least a shirt that was XL, but they were in low stock or not the color I needed (black/dark). After searching for about 10 minutes and attempting to make eye contact with several associates to see if they could help, I decided to wait by the dressing rooms. I had a few associates look at me as I waited for them to either no longer be busy or ask me if I needed help. Within 5 minutes, two MEN walked in and were IMMEDIATELY offered assistance. The kicker? They were “JUST BROWSING.” I cut the men off before I could answer as I had very clearly been looking for something with no success, assistance, or so much as a greeting from a dang employee.At this point, I was brought two shirts that were not the size/specifications I asked for and had to clarify what I needed. I was offered another further store to try instead, but I didn’t get so much as an apology for being ignored. As a woman, I’m offended at the sexism I witnessed. I left empty-handed and absolutely livid. I DO NOT recommend shopping here if this is how they treat women.

Comment: Needed a nice (but inexpensive) sports coat for a court appearance & casual “dressy” option for dining out with friends, etc. Nordstrom Rack was a f***ing nightmare, so I visited Men’s Wearhouse in Pasadena & Joseph A Bank (same company) across the street. Definitely preferred Men’s Wearhouse... better selection, nicer products, lower prices. More important: much better service! Kevin found several good options in my size (48R) & I picked a beautiful wool blend to my liking on sale for $129. MUCH better quality & lower price than I’d expected. Thank you, Kevin, for a thoroughly pleasant (& surprising) brick-and-mortar retail experience!

I thought based on my conversation with Alicia that they would only charge alterations on one suit, with the other free. This apparently was incorrect and they charged for both. However, when I raised my misunderstanding the manager, Ricky, stepped in and said they would waive it! Super professional and value customer satisfaction. Im satisfied!

Comment: Worst place ever!! I took my son suit to get tailored for his first communion and they send me an email to let me know that it was ready a week later . When I get there the pants were super long so the girl that work there measure him again. Now they were super short . Measures him again it was OK but one was longer than the other one. I told her and she said well everybody has one leg longer than the other . I had been there for 2 hours and was super hungry so I left super angry . I paid 60 dollars for a bad job. Dont waste your money and your time. Bad bad service!

I bought a handmade wool Italian suit tailored for less than $300 downtown. A polyester suit at Mens Wearhouse costs more than that.
