Comment: Overall good experience with the wash and fold door-to-door laundry service, but could have been improved:The good:* The bags they provide for laundry are high quality* They tie up the folded laundry very nicely with ribbons, and it looks very professionally done and is easy to handle and put away* Customer service responds very quickly, within an hour or soThe bad:* I was overcharged, but customer service was quick to resolve when I sent a note* Website is somewhat clunky and difficult to navigate* Pick-up and drop-off times were often unclear (and I believe in my case were silently rescheduled). On other laundry services, the drop-off is automatically set for the next day, but the next day came and went. While waiting for my clothes to return, I realized they were waiting for me to schedule a drop-off.* Other services send verbose updates when picking up, dropping off, determining charges etc., I didnt hear much from them* You pay per-bag instead of per-pound, so 1.2 bags is charged as 2 bags and the price jumps from $45 to $90 (unless you can squeeze it all into one bag). Other services charge continuously per pound.* Although they bags they provide are high quality, they dont easily fit in laundry hampers, and its not obvious how to partition for different members of your household (we have 2 kids of similar size, so we have to spend time figuring out which article goes where)

Comment: If you are reading this, heed my warning and go elsewhere with your business. If you are expecting to work with a professional business, Lndry is certainly not that. My experience with them was a constant stream of missed pickups, missed drop offs, late pick ups, late drop offs, a driver went on vacation so no one picked up or dropped off at my property for a week (this came with no communication until I called to see what was going on), culminating with them losing a bunch of my linens and towels the saying it must have been stolen out of my garage. So they are saying a thief broke into my garage, walked past all the tools and equipment, and stole laundry. Seriously? The final straw was when they missed ANOTHER drop off and I had to go to the store font myself to pickup the laundry that was supposed to be delivered the day prior.The amount of head aches they caused me over the 6 months working with them was truly astounding. Especially considering it is a very simple business model: pick up when you say you will and drop off when you say you will. Lastly, they have terrible customer service. Half the time no one answers the phone and it takes at least a day to hear back via email. Even the manager didn’t pick up the phone after she gave me her direct line. I advise you take your business elsewhere.

Comment: They lost my 167 dollar shirt that I had bought two months ago and they were trying to offer me $50 cause I didn’t have proof of purchase so I inconveniently had to track down my “proof of purchase” from Nordstrom even though I’m in a intensive graduate program and am super busy, like as if anyone keeps their receipt. And right now they’re trying to give back only 155 (price before tax) because it wasn’t a “new” shirt.Update: they sent out a full refund.

Comment: This place is over the top! Tried the wash and fold. Laundry was delivered in 2 days. T-shirts were folded and bundled together with a ribbon, socks were clean and paired, and bundled in separate plastic. Used hypoallergenic soap and cloths smelled clean and fresh. Definitely recommend this service as it was done right and saved my time.

Comment: First laundry pick up with this company was fine. Second laundry pick up was a huge disappointment. Had a week between business trips to get my clothes laundered. The company didn’t have a same day or next day pick up so I wrote to them to confirm what the turnaround would be for a Thursday pick up. They responded that my clothes would be completed and delivered by Saturday (seemed fine as my flight was on Sunday). On Saturday at midday I reached out to the company to confirm my order would still be arriving on Saturday, with no response from the business. Had to scramble on Sunday morning to buy clothes for my trip. They didn’t even deliver my clothes until a full week later despite being told the turnaround would be two days. To add insult to injury, received back $650 trench coat with terrible press job on the lapel (see pics). No apologies or any other concessions received for the late delivery, misinformation, or inconvenience. Will not be returning to this vendor.

Comment: My first time there. My living room curtains shrunk 4 1/2 inches, now being at baseboard height instead of at the floor. I didn’t want to complain even though I have a right to demand some reimbursement. I can probably hide them behind 2 chairs & a small end table & they won’t show too badly. 😢 They we’re obviously high end linen, black out curtains.I’m very disappointed. I did call as I had dropped off my bedroom curtains at the time I picked these up, not wanting the same to happen again. My bedroom curtains will show if they shrink.

Comment: This place does NOT have their act together and they do a poor job. Do NOT bring anything of sentimental value here. We asked them specifically NOT to deliver our items (including my WEDDING DRESS). We would pick them up. They proceeded to deliver our items anyway (this is to a facility where they can potentially get lost). They were not able to retrieve our items right away and had to send a driver out the following day to pick them up. When I came back the following weekend to pick up my items one of my items was misplaced. The person in the front eventually found it, but really? So unprofessional! Also, a lot of my items have fibers on them and I will have to run a lint roller over them. And I had to remind them to give me my dress bag back.

I asked them to not use scented detergents, which I made sure the could accommodate. The instructions were not followed. I am already having an allergic reaction to touching the clothes. Comment: First time using a laundry service and I was totally impressed with LNDRY. Between juggling with a newborn and a child who I’m schooling from home, laundry is the last on my to do list. I scheduled LNDRY to pick up baby clothes I had stored away. Everything was completely easy to schedule. I scheduled an online pick up and the laundry was picked up from my front porch, contactless pick up and delivery. It was delivered back to my home in two days. The clothes were returned to me washed and nicely folded in a LNDRY bag. I feel spoiled. I never want to wash or fold laundry again!!! We took my wifes wedding dress in finally 1.5 years after our wedding, it was stained very badly (it was a fun wedding for sure!) We got it back several days later, Will the owner personally brought it back to us (great guy, great customer service!!!!) He had one of his guys spend about 4 days working on it for us. The dress is spotless, looks brand new! They even boxed and wrapped it in plastic for us. Above and beyond what we thought we were getting! Very fair price also! I took them a suit and a dress and they were quick and came back perfect. I have not started their home laundry service yet but thats next on my list. I have talked to Will about it a couple of times now and it sounds like a great value and great service. Thank you LNDRY!

LNDRY was the first place to pop up near me on yelp so I thought Id give them a try. When I came in I also brought in my duvet because I dont trust the laundry mat in my apartment complex to not damage it.After I dropped off items and the next day they called me to pick up my items. I am very pleased with how my work shirt came out because I can never get every wrinkle out. My duvet was fresh and clean too!!I found their turn around time to be quick and the price I paid was reasonable as well. For being local to my complex I know that I will be using LNDRY again if I have any items that need extra care. The people who helped me where friendly too I just cant remember who specifically helped me.

Best of all, I didnt have to leave the house because they offer free pickup and delivery. They also said I could have my items picked up and delivered to my office, when Im back after working from home. My clothes came back super fresh and clean. My dry cleaning was hung and my laundry folded. Well Done LNDRY! You have certainly have went above & beyond in the value you provide and saved me a ton of time. You have a customer for life!!!
