Comment: Completely failed to remove the stain, and did not tell me when I picked it up! I was in a rush to make a wedding, thanked the owners/employees and left. Come to find when its time to wear the suit - same stain still there, and they told me they could remove it no problem! Very disappointing service.

Comment: Had just gotten back from vacation at 7pm, forgot about a furneral next day. Needed my suit cleaned. Looked on line, found Legacy 1hr Cleaners. Got it back in 2 hours!!Bought a new suit 2 months later also did excellent job with alterations!Staff friendly and accommodating.This is my new and only cleaners!!

Comment: LEGACY 1HR CLEANERS RUINED MY WEDDING DRESS!!! I never do this, but I don’t want this to happen to anyone else so I feel compelled to share.Recently I discovered it had some minor rust -colored stains on the bottom of it (somehow while hanging in my closet - my mistake for not getting it preserved)...) and took it in to see if they could help. First of all, they had the dress for over a month, and never called me with any kind of update. I had to check in weekly, asking when it would be ready. Then they finally tell me its ready, and the ENTIRE thing (take a look at the photo) is covered in stains- head to toe! Completely destroyed - not to mention they totally shrunk it as well. When I picked it up, I was like, what happened?! And they said something about the process they used to try to get the stain out must have somehow dyed the rest of it (?!) but that its a cute dress and I should try to “have it dyed a dark color.”Im so upset. Its obviously a sentimental dress which I planned to pass on to my daughter and now its completely destroyed. Not only did they not even offer an apology, let alone any kind of compensation, but when I complained they were downright hostile to me. They made comments like “this dress is 30 years old” (I bought it new in 2017) and “there’s no way it cost that much” (after I told them the price - and then sent a link). I’ve never been treated so rudely and disrespectfully.I just want to warn everyone else so no one else gets their clothes ruined by this place.

They also do alterations and wedding gown dry cleaning. 1 hour service if you get there before 10 am which is fantastic! Plenty of parking and so convenient!
