Comment: Have been a long time customer at this laundry mat. Its always nice and clean plus it stays open late. My only complaint which is a huge reason to why I even come to this mat instead of one closer to home is the pricing. They use to have really cheap pricing that was a huge saving for me. Not really anymore. The wash have gone up by the dollar and the dryer use to be a huge saving point for me because they had 25 cents per 8 minutes as the fee. You couldnt beat that near me. Not anymore. Now you cant have it go by 8 minutes nor is it 25 cents. Its 1.25 for thirty minutes!! Thats absurd! Im on a tight budget and being forced to pay more and more is going to make me reconsider this mat for one that is closer and still charging similar prices. The reward program is meh on the cards they issue. This mat is fine for people dont care about the rising costs. Its not to me so Im just going look at mats closer to see what their costs are.

Comment: Nice clean modern washers in 20, 30, 40lb range plus extra big 80lb washers too. excellent staff. Dryers are huge. I gave it a 4/5 because a couple dryers have been broken or senser didnt work for a while, can be crowded during weekdays and there are a lot less dryers than washers. The floor was littered with stuff all throughout the laundry tonight and the trashcans overfull. I have never seen it like this before. 3/7/23 this place has gone down hill. Half the dryers have signs on them because they are not working correctly, four out of my five washers today did not wring the water out of the clothing and bedding so it came out completely wet and water went everywhere. I had to pay a second time to rewash clothes because they were still full of soap. Two of the new washers did the same thing and I ended up with completely wet clothes/bedding from those. I just threw away my recently purchased mattress cover because it was so wet I just couldnt deal with it, then to make matters worse a broken pen was in the dryer and black ink got all over my clothing, including two new work shirts/sweater. There was zero mops to clean up the mess and the paper towels did zero to help me mop all the water up. The best I could do was put out the wet floor signs and leave a lot water all over the floor. I was so mad about the ink all over my clothes that management got a second call from me. Neither the first call or the second has been returned. Whomever now ownes this business is letting what was a great place to do laundry go down the tubes.

Comment: This is for the Yorba Linda location, where the owners do not use the same name, but use the same number -I’ve gone here for years and hasn’t been since the new owners took over. Today, there was water all over the floor and it was flooded. No attendants and no one answering the phone! Comes to my attention after that this is a major safety hazard. If you’re going to run a business like this, and not have attendants, make sure you’re answering your phone ar least. Myself and other customers all called and heard nothing back.

Comment: Clean, never crowded, quality machines up to 80lbs, nice staff, good hours, TV, kids play section. You can drop off laundry too.

Comment: Had an issue with a washer machine. It gave me an error midway through the rinse cycle and it left my towels soaking wet. Called the number, left a message, and no one called me back. Had to spend an extra $5 to wash the towels again in a different washer, not to mention the extra time to redo the wash. This place has increased its prices drastically in last few weeks. It is also now more inconvenient to use the dryers as they have gone up in price. The owners forcing you to do a full cycle dryer of 30 minutes when some materials only require 16 minutes of dry time.
