Comment: Been coming here for the longest, they claim they got new machines but a lot of their machines are out of order 06/9/2024! A lot of their dryers don’t work, eat the quarters. The laundromat prices keep going up and I don’t mind because again, I’ve been coming here for the longest. But to charge customers, especially returning customers for the restroom is outrageous and I’m pretty sure illegal. Hope something can be done over it. It’s really unfair especially since their washing prices are really high.

Comment: I rarely go to laundromats but needed an XL washer for my large comforter $8.50 per wash for the largest size washers. Dryer is 0.25 cents per 9 minutes. Forgot my own detergent so bought some Tide w/ Downey conveniently offered here in the vending machines. Danny guided me through everything! He’s so helpful and friendly! Payment via phone app or cash and change machines are on site. Parking out front. Facility is clean and restroom offered for patrons.

Sometimes, a washer would smell really bad, and itll be packed with people, but that just depends on the time of day you go. The workers there are friendly and courteous. One time, they put my laundry aside for me when it was done washing, and they made sure to tell me where my clothes were. Overall, its a good experience every time I go here. 💖

Comment: I started using laundry service 5 years ago and started with another company. There were constantly problems. Horrible customer service. Ruined 2 brand new bamboo sheets with bleach. Fast forward went looking for another laundry service. Used a couple and was not impressed. I am so grateful to have finally found Launderland. Their customer service is excellent. John is fantastic. My laundry gets done exactly how I request. Clean and smells so amazing. I use them once a week and am not going anywhere. If you are looking for a laundry service. Stop looking. You have found it. Not everyone will care about your clothes and other items. Launderland does.

Comment: I dropped off a TON of laundry at the Wash and Fold. I had been coming to this laundromat for the past year and liked it a lot because it’s cleaner than most other laundromats. I always wanted to try to their Wash and Fold service.I’m glad I did - the price was inexpensive (compared to what I thought it would be) & my clothing was washed to perfection. It was about 28 pds of laundry and it was ready the next day! I was absolutely thrilled !Also the staff is really nice and the owner was there both days that I went - he was really friendly and helpful (nice to see business owners partaking in their business) . Anyhow - this laundromat has better machines than other laundromats I’ve used in the past (like way better) and you’re able to pay with an app on your phone. I can always find parking in the parking lot. I would definitely recommend this laundromat for all of their services!!!!

Comment: Having surveyed Yelp in depth for fluff-and-fold within 10 miles of West Hollywood, Launderland wins hands down for the best value. My clothes return spotless (smelling amazing) and are folded or hung beautifully. I think once it took them 20 hours to have things ready and today they had my clothes ready in 2 hours. At $1.25 a pound (10 lbs minimum), driving the 40 minute round trip to Launderland saves me the 90+ minutes of doing my laundry in my apartment. John, Danny, Jose, and Aida have given me consistently superior service and receive my highest recommendation. Thank you all!

Comment: Let me just say I’m a very inexperienced laundry mat goer because I grew up with a washer and dryer. I say that because I didn’t know what to expect when going, and they had somebody working that was very helpful. I just needed to wash my king size comforter, and the employee pointed out to me I didn’t need to use the biggest machine ($7). She showed me which one to use (4 load machine that’s $4.25), and walked me through how to do it. There was a bit of a language barrier because I don’t speak any Spanish, but she still was very helpful and kind. The place was very clean and I even saw another employee cleaning while I waited. I only paid 4.50 for the wash because I chose deluxe, and $0.75 for the dryer. Machines were quick and efficient. I’ll definitely be returning here.

My clothes smelled very fresh and they were folded perfectly. With other laundry services, I have not been impressed with the folding. Also, I could clearly tell that my clothes had been dried on low as I specified. And that my hang-dry items had actually been hang-dried.Prices for the machines, as well as fluff and fold, are all very affordable. Unlike many other laundry facilities (including the ones in my apartment building) the machines dont make your clothes smell worse. Ive seen the employees cleaning them and all the other surfaces frequently.So impressed, and truly grateful for a laundry solution that isnt a hassle or a disappointment.Open 24/7, small shops, restaurants, and fast food available nearby. Starbucks just 0.2 miles to the north on Western.

Comment: I want to bring to your attention about the worker at youre laundry mat. Short old lady working there who has been calling the police and tow away cars on people who park there. Just today some lady ran out of metro PCS because the lady called to tow away her car Thats unfair and illegal to do that as Metro PCS is right next to the laundry and in that same parking lot. Let me remind you that the parking lot is there for everyone not just for laundry costumers as there are other businesses in that same parking lot. She has no right doing that. Her job is inside the laundry mat and her duties are to help, clean and serve her customers so tell her to stick to that. Not being nosey checking who goes in and out the parking lot and figuring out if they are there to wash or not! Seriously !?Of course I know she herself said it ! Comment: I have laundry room in my apt complex, but they are nothing like launderland, its open 24/7 its very clean attendant on the premise the washing machines come in 2 3,4,6, and 8 load machines all exceptional you get your moneys worth. Dryers are hot hot dry in minutes they have several TV lanugage of your choices shows of choice. Vending machines restroom, video game comfortable seats while you wait plenty of parking well lit. I drive from West Hollywood to Hollywood passing several laundmate, non compare to launderland!

It looks like they dont sanitize the cheapest washing machines for they have a smell coming out of them. Comment: Great because its 24 hours and its always clean, staff members are nice . When you go make sure you pick up one of the laundry cards and have the attendant punch holes in it for every washer that you use, every time you visit. I love this place

Comment: Horrible. Drive up the street to Brand new Laundromat. Wash On Western brand new machines that actually work. Open 24hours also. Free coffee and hot chocolate. Machines actually wash and dry. Cheaper than this place two blocks up on western, one block after sunset.

Comment: The last time I used a Laundromat was in college and was definitely nervous about going anywhere. This place was great though! The staff were very friendly; I told the owner it was my first time and he gave me a free wash and showed me how to use the machines.It was also very clean and, I have no idea why at all, but even the customers there were polite. Maybe it was because we were all trapped and held hostage by weeks of dirty clothes that have built up and we, individually, yet on the same day, decided to conquer the mountain of clothing.Whatever the case, if youre looking for a laundromat, go here!

Comment: Update:So went to Launderland late last night... One washer I was using ended up malfunctioning, and my clothes were still soaking wet when I opened it.Now it was late well after 1am but they do have always at least one person working there in attendance. Unfortunately I do not speak spanish but the language barrier was not a problem and did not prevent me from getting the appropriate assistance.The employee did not ignore me, he understood my problem right away and very kindly solved it at no extra charge without me having to ask even. He knew what most likely happened and took the initiative to fix it. I did not have to convince him or to come up with a solution on my own. He knew what to do and did it at no extra charge.Time lost because of this malfunction: less than 15 min instead of at least an other 30 min.The last thing I want when doing laundry is encountering a problem with a machine, wasting time and money.Not at Launderland, someone is there to kindly and quickly assist you if and when you need it.So thank you very much Launderland employee for rescuing my laundry and providing @ 1am on a Monday night the best customer service I ever experienced @ a laundromat.--------------------------------------------Open 24 hours 7 days a week and holidays, basically does not close.The place is clean, well maintain and safe.I have been going to Launderland once a week for a few months now and so far so good... I never had a problem, no washers/dryers malfunctions or awkward situations.I feel completely comfortable by myself doing my laundry @ Launderland. They offer free Wi-Fi while you are there which is great and very much appreciated.

Comment: Wow, I never thought Id say this about a Laundromat, but I really had above and beyond treatment here! The owner explained all of the machines to me and was very helpful with figuring out my yelp deal. I recommend using the newer ones vs. the 5-or-so antique versions (as does he). He is sustainably-conscious so tries to use new, efficient machines and tankless water heaters. There is a punch card reward system and if you go between 11pm-6am you get extra punches. Dryer is .25 per 15mins, which I think is a bit better than average.Love it!! I will definitely be coming back for my cleaning needs!!

Comment: I have never used the fluff and fold services, I just come here to use the machines, but it is always an easy process. Such a refreshing experience! The people working here are super nice; they are helpful and constantly cleaning. Even during crowded times, waiting for a machine isnt bad at all. Prices arent bad. The driers sometimes take longer than I like, but I dont have anything to compare them with to know if thats unusual. This place is definitely not the closest one to my house but I always come here because I know what Im going to get. Good service and a painless process overall.
