I recently purchased a dozen coats and had her choose between the final two, she’s an expert in style and fit, and she’ll make you feel like a million bucks.

Comment: Spilled pumokin gravy on my coat, couldnt rid of it for a minth but they cleaned it pristine in 3 days!The auntie at the front desk was the most welckming person ever! When I went there to pick up my coat (2nd time ever seeing me) she recognised me right away and brought my coat even before I asked.BEST dry cleaners in SF.

Comment: Right off the bat the lady at the front made me feel at home and made me feel like she was my mother. She was so happy for the whole visit it was amazing. Right off the bat she started putting pins on and its as if she read my mind because she told me with a giggle that Your probably wondering what I am was doing and she delightfully explained. I tried the shirt on with pins and almost an exact fit right away. She explained to me that the sleeves are long and Im better off rolling them up and she explained the length of arm alteration is $35 and she explained exactly why and I felt so safe knowing she wasnt really there for the money but more to do the job. She said when I get a more expensive shirt it would be the best to do it then. The service was superior and I felt so special and I felt so easy to joke with her about girls and talk about her family etc.

Comment: Have been dropping off items to Kos cleaners for years, excellent cordial-friendly service, their hand work has never disappoint. Mrs. Ko greeted us by names, appreciate her recommendations when have inquiries about alterations, highly knowledgeable/skillful. While there, checked out gift shop items, fun stickers, collectible vintage toy cars/trucks, our highlight was seeing Curious George in the stuffed toys aisle! Without question, this place earned our trust and is highly recommended.

Comment: The owner is really nice. She was super sweet and kind. The only issue was when I received my button up shirts they were marked up in the inside with white marker. I suppose this is how they track clothing except I wasnt happy seeing as how the shirts were rather expensive. Definitely dont go here unless you want your clothing marked up.
