Comment: I have finally found a great dry cleaner, I was looking for same day service (I know bad planning on my part) and this place popped up. The owner is super friendly, the best part is that he combines 30+ years of experience with a newly renovated shop. Everything inside is clean and modern, you feel like it is a brand new shop. Plus the convenient parking outside, this place has everything you desire from a Dry Cleaner.

Comment: Did a horrible job fixing my expensive Mitchell an Ness Jersey a small hole and they ruined my Jersey I explain what I needed if you couldn’t do it you should of just said so !!!!!! I want to give zero stars you messed up my jersey brand new I need this problem fix!!!!!

Comment: Jack’s is used in the building I live in. I called and requested a zipper from my dress to be fixed and a button to be replaced on a separate dress. My biggest issue was timing. Somehow, someway they were able to fix both items the same day I gave them my dresses! SAME DAY people. I don’t mean to set the bar that high, but they really go above and beyond for their customers. Picked up my items from my location within an hour of inquiring. Amazing, polite, and profession team. Thank you so much for making these wedding event dresses wearable!!!

Comment: If I could give these guys 7 stars I would!! They returned a $100 bill in my coat I didnt even know was there! They also properly warned me about the potential to destroy a very unique costume/cape.So first, the $100 bill. I will probably never make money taking clothes to the dry cleaner again but i did here! I have absolutely no clue how this happened, but Im guessing I was trying to hide some cash on a trip or was given cash at my cousins wedding. Anyway, turns out I left a $100 bill in my suit coat pocket. I got a call from them to come pick up the coat and was surprised with a little envelope... very confused I asked what this was and they said to look inside, and inside was the $100 bill! I was absolutely shocked. Just absolutely so professional and appreciative to have that returned. They did an absolutely amazing job on the suit coat and pants as well ! They looked immaculate!Now, this was after months before they warned me against destroying one of a kind piece of clothing. It had gotten wet during an event and after looking at it, they properly warned me that if I cleaned a very unique and special piece of clothing / costume that it would get destroyed. They told me exactly what would happened and professionally refused to accept money to try and clean it when they knew that they couldnt and would end up destroying it. I was desperate to clean this very unique piece of clothing and eventually found someone to try, who ended up destroying it exactly how they described.Long story short any time I am in or near Los Angeles, I am taking my clothes here and you should too. 100/5 stars 🌟

Comment: Jack has been my friend for over 40 years and even though my review is biased, i trust jack with my clothes because as an individual, jack is very discerning when it comes to everything in his personal life and he carries this quality over to his business. Some people complain that his prices are little high but i think in this case you get what you pay for. I have taken my clothes to cheaper places and again i got what i paid for. In life if you want quality work you have to pay more, and this applies to everything you buy in life. You cannot buy a porche for the price of a toyota, and jacks cleaner is the porche of dry cleaning.
