Comment: Generally a great place to go with fast workers and great atmosphere. On the one side, itd be nice to be able to go there on Sundays, but I think its great that they make sure to have two days off for their employees!Theyre tailoring is great as well as their wash and fold. It would be nice if they would do pick up and delivery, but the otherwise quality of their service makes up for it 🙂

If it can be done, he will find a way and if it isnt in your price range (he is as fair as can be but but labor is labor and they deserve appropriate compensation, of course), he is still so polite and gracious if you have to walk away even after he spent time talking it through with you.

Comment: I really wanted to like this place. Hamlet is super friendly and the prices are great. Unfortunately, I’ve had three garments come back damaged now. On one shirt they applied too much heat to one of the plackets so it shrunk and the buttons no longer aligned. They were able to reheat the packet and stretch it back out for me, so I decided to give them another chance. However, on my most recent drop off, a pair of comme des garçons trousers came back with a permanent crease it did not have before and I did not ask for and it was set in the cupro lining at such a high heat and pressure that it won’t come out. In addition, a Lemaire shirt came back with warped fabric that won’t go back to normal. The care tag says cool iron and the shirt was clearly pressed at what I’m assuming must have been high heat. These items were not cheap. To have them handled with such little care is really frustrating.

Hamlet was so eager to inspect the construction details of the (rather expensive) clothes...hes someone who truly appreciates well-made apparel and understands the intricacies of how to fit/construct in a way that meets your needs. I watched him work with other clients and was also very impressed with his knowledge and professionalism. Everything has looked so incredible...and the price is fair AND he can turn it around rather speedily if needed. Dry cleaning has been wonderful too! So happy to have found him and his team!!

In my quest to find a dry cleaning service in the area We decided to give this place a try for about 3 months of dry cleaning.
