Comment: Bad attitude, stains your shirts, and no apology.I will never go to this dry cleaners again. I brought several shirts here to get some dress shirts cleaned but when I got them back, two if tbe shirts had stains on it that werent there before (see photos). When I brought it right back to ask what happened, they denied it was their fault and didnt even offer to try and get it out. There was no apology and their attitude was so rude. I think they used bleach, or some other chemical spilled, and they didnt want to accept blame. Even if they apologized and offered to remove it again as part of the service I would have been satisfied and returned as a customer. I understand mistakes can happen. But there were no attempts to even remedy their error or apologize.Another dry cleaner was able to remove the stain, so its not like the stain was impossible to remove. Heritage dry cleaners just didnt want to accept responsibility or remedy it.

Comment: Took a one of a kind jacket here to be dry cleaned. They were a little rude/slightly pushy, as they hurried me out while I was trying to ask a question. When I received the jacket back it was better than it was, but still had a smell to it. Not a terrible experience, but Im certainly never returning.

Comment: Last time I went to pick up me garments and one of my jacket was not treated (looks like they missed to dry clean or it wasnt done properly( so many stains were remained)but the old lady charged me for $9 and I asked for the credit back since it was dirty.. Today I went there and the employee told me that lady said not to take it anymore.Very disappointed.... I was their customer for almost 2 years and never complain anything except last time. The Korean old lady is very rude and unprofessional..

Comment: Great place for dry cleaning and tailoring. The staff is super friendly and know you by face and name after one visit. Tailoring is available before 2pm, and Ive had quite a few pieces done with perfect results.

Comment: Ive been getting my clothes cleaned at a rival cleaning company for many years. However due to their costly prices, clothes were becoming delayed from the promised pick-up date and non-existent customer service--I turned to yelp for an alternate cleaner in Irvine. The business that came out with the top reviews was Heritage Cleaners.So after going with Heritage for a few times I noticed that the price wasnt all that much different, however what I did notice clearly was the super friendly and helpful customer service at Heritage and punctual pick-up times.After having used both dry cleaners, the customer service and reliable pick-up times at Heritage sold me. My patronage now will be going here for all future cleaning needs.
