Comment: This was such a great experience through and through. I made an appointment with Jamie, he worked with me going through swatches, ideas, and concepts of what I was trying to achieve. The store had a lot of options to look through including samples to try on. I ordered a custom suit, shirt, and shoes. Once ordered, it took about 4 weeks which was exactly the time Jamie said it would take. We did a final fitting and suit fit like a glove. I couldn’t believe how well it fit. Now I might have to get some jeans made.I’ve had a quite a few different suits made in my career but this was by far the best experience. I already want to go back.

Comment: My tux turned out even better than I had imagined. It feels simplistic to say the tux was perfect but it really was exactly that. Jaime was incredibly helpful both with working with me on translating what I had in my head into physical cloth, colors, patterns and textures as well as offering his experienced advice when I was looking for direction.My tux is amazingly comfortable and the bamboo fabric is so soft to the touch. I will absolutely be back with Jaime at Hall & Madden for more custom clothing and suits in the future. And now that they have my measurements and Jaime knows my particulars, it’s as easy as a quick phone call to have another item made for me.I cannot recommend Jaime and Hall & Madden enough.

Comment: I absolutely loved the tuxedo Hall Madden created for my wedding! I came into the initial consultation with a specific classic look in mind and Hall Madden delivered and then some! To increase the pressure on the team, I also had a tight one-month turnaround timetable. They executed with a white dinner coat, tux combination that matched my vision and delivered it earlier than expected. Jaime and team made a potentially stressful exercise of examining colors, styles, cuts and materials appear seamless (pardon the pun). They stressed the details in construction, as well as the overall shopping experience. Everything from Jaimes curated playlist during consultation to my final fitting was intentional and enjoyable. Believe me, planning a wedding within 2 months you truly appreciate the effortless items on your ever growing to-do list.In conclusion, I love my tux and feverishly looking for another reason to wear it. As you can see from some of the reactions in the background of my photos, the suit was a hit! I received so many compliments. I loved the detail within the suit, the accents, its movement...basically everything. It was comfortable and well-constructed. I didnt even overheat in the dinner jacket in the tropical environment! This was my first custom-made suit and I can honestly say it would be hard to return to off-the-rack after this experience. Job well done!

Comment: Jaime was the one who assisted me with my fitting and fabric / style selection. I told him what I wanted, and though it was an extremely difficult suit to achieve, HM nailed it. Heres the thing, I wanted a blisteringly bright white suit. The only way to do that was cotton. At first, the suit seemed like it was not going to work when it arrived, largely because Id lost some weight in between initial fitting. HM made a few adjustments, and boom, the suit became a power suit and I felt like a super hero in it. It was my wedding suit, and Ill cherish it forever.

Comment: I had an amazing experience working with Hall Madden on my wedding tux, and the results were better than I could have ever imagined. As I set about looking for custom suit shops in Los Angeles during the difficult conditions of the pandemic, what attracted me to Hall Madden was their modern fit aesthetic as well their transparent business model, which made scheduling and approaching them simple, comfortable, and easy.I came in looking for emerald green velvet without going too crazy on price (which I expected to be very difficult to do), but at my first meeting and fitting with Richard at the LA showroom, he quickly found the perfect fabrics for the jacket, pants, and shirt at a price point very much inside my budget. The tux fit perfectly and both Richard and McGregor were attentive and easy to work with on repeat visits as we finalized the look. Many thanks to Hall Madden for making me look my best for my wedding day, and Id absolutely recommend them to anybody looking for a custom tux or suit. I know Ill definitely look to them again in the future.

Comment: I needed a custom suit + dress shirt made for a wedding I attended this past weekend, and Hall Madden was able to make it happen in just under 4 weeks. I greatly appreciated the quick turnaround with no sacrifice on quality whatsoever. I am extremely happy with my purchase and will certainly return again if I ever need another suit made.Richard is the man. He was informative, honest, and helpful throughout the entire process, which consisted of two fitting appointments and a minor alteration before completing the task. He helped me make some stylistic decisions about color/fabric, and it was clear there was plenty of experience and wisdom behind his suggestions. Upon seeing the final suit, I knew he could be trusted.Richard even threw in a complimentary dress shirt, two high quality cloth masks, and a pocket square with my purchase to make sure I was all set. It was a gracious gesture that left me super happy with both the final product and my experience doing business with HM.Ill definitely be back! Hall Madden was even able to customize the suit with our wedding date in the collar which was a special touch! Comment: Jaime is a master sartorialist. He got me fitted and answered every question of mine. I am not very knowledgeable about suits and how to best wear them, but he answered all my questions. He is also very respectful and chill to just talk with. I was surprised how awesome I looked in the suit, considering I have a bit of a gut. I would go back to Hall Madden because of how good I looked in the suit and the customer service. Also, if you take a closer look at these reviews, you can see Jaime has managed to do five-star level suit work for over 60 people in the last year, and thats just the ones who wrote reviews.
