Comment: Worst service ever. They ask for cash payment so you can earn 10 percent discount points. After I paid cash to clean 2 items, but tells me a week later one of item cannot be cleaned. They then canceled all my 10 percent points even though I paid for the other item. Clearly it’s their issue they couldn’t clean one of item so no reason to void my whole purchase reward points. The owner is a nickel and dime lady who don’t treat their customers right.

Comment: Very honest and respectful place. Ive had many hundred dollar bills in one of my coat and left them for cleaning. And they called me as soon as they checked my pocket to return my cash. Im very thankful for their honesty.

Comment: Don’t come hereThey call you 100000000 times for asking I sow a small tiny point in the T-shirt that you can’t see but we can see it because we are professionalsAnd they want me to come immediately and when I came I didn’t see that stupid point maybe my eyes are not that good or because they are professionals lolAnd another time they gave us another people clothes and when we told the it’s not ours they said are you sure? really !!!!!!And another time when we went to pick up our clothes one expensive shirt that cost 600$ I bought from Dubai was missing and when I told them they answer go check again and again in you’re closet and said indirectly that I am lying

Comment: This place is a bunch of thieves. The male Korean owner will not accept 1 shirt for laundry and stated that I had to pay double to dry clean it. Who the fu-- ever heard of that? It was $1.90 to laundry and $3.98 to dry clean. I go to surrounding cleaners and they take 1 shirt to laundry plus they are much cheaper than The Giant robbers. Dont come here if you want to pay more! They dont know how to do business . Money money money. They dont want long term business. Dont come here to pay more, there are cheaper dry cleaners in the area.

Comment: Been going here about a year. Pretty standard dry cleaner. Clean, modern storefront, and the computerized ticketing by phone number is helpful. The clothes have always been adequately cleaned and pressed.
