Comment: This dry cleaner is conveniently located half a mile from my apartment so I decided to give them a try. I asked them to dry clean a linen skirt and shorten two other skirts. They somehow shrank my linen skirt and the other two skirts were hemmed way too short to the point where they are now unwearable. I am so disappointed. Will never be coming here again. Terrible.

Comment: Very bad ironing service, it is better to check your clothes before leaving because they do not accept your mistakes. Really bad ironing service it is best to check your clothes before you leave the premisses

Comment: Took some dresses for alterations. They quoted me a reasonable price and gave me an estimated turnaround of 5 days. When I went to pick the dresses up, the alteration on one of the dresses was not exactly what I asked for (they were missing a notion) and they offered to redo it to my specifications. The work was well done and I didnt need it to be redone, however they had my phone number and I wish they would have called and asked what my preference was. I would use them again, but I will make sure that my instructions are clear, especially on hard to replace or sentimental items.

Comment: Went for dry cleaning & also needed alterations. The NICEST people ever. Very clean, and prices are beyond FAIR. I wish I’d have known about them years ago. What a wonderful establishment. UPDATE: been using this service for a couple of months now. I usually spend $100+ bi-weekly. I’ve noticed the MED starch I request on “everything” has the feel of regular items non starched. I’ve noticed NO CREASE in shirt arms. Then another customer shirt hanging without ANY starch had such a CRiSP look. I also noticed I was charged almost five dollars for a lightweight COTTON long sleeve and it was counted as a sweater, then my other cotton long sleeve was counted as a shirt at $2.50. If a company wants to price gouge after you’ve been supporting their business, I will have to seek alternatives. So sad!
