Comment: I’ve been coming here for years and had nothing but nice things to say until today on a Wednesday morning when one of the guys that works there was very disrespectful to me.It was not busy for him to act like that but I was loading my dryer when he comes and takes my clothes out so that he can dry his clothes . I’m not an aggressive woman . I told him “are you serious right now?” He said yes and told me to go to a different dryer . I told him he was disrespectful and he didn’t care.I’ve seen the owner and the other worker which are nothing but nice but this guy has alway acted weird but today was the line .Hope the owner sees this

Comment: Nice and affordable place to wash and dry clothes. Its not perfect but I have to say that I have no problems at all. Owner is always present and doesnt mind breaking money for you. We also get our drinking water from here. Great place overall. Not sure if I will be going anywhere else.

Comment: Uh yeah, packed night and I finally get a dryer to use and owner tells me a dryer machine isnt working so I unload my clothes out that I had already put in there. Then another person uses the same machine and he tells that person that it is working. I go up to the owner and ask why he told me it wasnt working and all he said was it works. Probably not gonna affect the business but see ya! 🫠

Comment: MANAGER SHOULDN’T BE TOUCHING PEOPLE CLOTH/STUFF The old guy that’s always yelling at people today he yelled at me I had my laundry basket right next to the machine I was using he grabbed my basket and put it at the folding table I was looking everywhere I thought somebody took it & when I found it I grabbed it back to where I had it and he went after me yelling saying a lot of things that I couldn’t understand because of the accent but he was so mad yelling at me I didn’t even understand why was he mad and it’s not the first time he touch people stuff HE SHOULDN’T BE TOUCHING PEOPLE STUFF.

Comment: The owner is very rude. I will never come back here. Also the closing time shows 9:30 pm but this rude guy pushes the people to get out around 8 pm. He doesnt care on peoples time and acts bossy over customers. Opening a business in California requires commitment for providing services to the customers but this guy knows nothing I believe.

Comment: My wife opened the lid and asked the owner if it was wash properly. The owner responded in rude manners. He started to argue with my wife. He complained that my wife is asking him too much questions. He was rude and used foul language. I wont recommend this laundromat to anyone. He has no customer services.

Comment: I have never been to a laundromat before and honestly had no idea what I was doing. The other patrons using the machines and the business owner were so helpful in showing me how things work. Even though there was a language barrier, we figured it out and I’m so happy I chose this laundromat for my first experience. Thank you!

Staff is friendly, they’re always making sure the environment and the equipment is clean, they have snack machines, free wifi, tv’s, and an comfortable environment. They are surrounded by fast food spots, grocery stores, banks, and whatever else you may need.

Comment: Last load is 830. I get in by 8 to ONLY DRY my clothes and the staff tells me no u cant dry, its 8 oclock but there were people STILL using the washers! I assume theyre using the dryers next right? So why cant i dry at 8? Makes no sense! 3 stars because it is very affordable ill give u that but customer service SUCKS!

Comment: My friend recommended this place to do laundry. My first thoughts of this place were great, not until the old man working at closing time was very rude. My friend and I were doing laundry and he told us to make sure we used more than one dryer to dry so that he can go. So closing is at 9:30pm, and @ 9:15pm he was already harassing us about the closing time and we had already our clothes out the dryer. He kept yelling at us about the time, especially at 9:25 saying they were closed already. I no longer felt that this place was good because of poor customer service.
