Their tailor is fantastic and both Fazio cleaners and their tailor can clean and tailor clothing items in a quick turnaround. It’s wonderful. They also deliver and pick up if you live in the area which is extra helpful during busy times of the year. I’m very particulars with my clothes and I highly recommend Fazio cleaners!

Comment: I really like the parking situation in that there are always spots in the store parking lot. The service was excellent and I didnt have to wait. My cleaning all came out fine. They are a little pricey but if you use their coupons which are available on their website, then their prices are competitive with everyone else.

Comment: If youre looking for a cleaner, just stop looking and use Fazio. I took a white shirt with collar stains and a chocolate stain on it, thought there was no way to save it, and when I came to pick it up, it looked brand new, as if I had never worn it in my life. Before I came to Fazio, I took a different shirt, with a wine stain on it, to a different cleaner. They did a first cleaning, got 50% of the stain out, but it was very noticeable. I asked them to re-wash it, and it was still very noticeable. I was about to give up on this shirt. After taking that white shirt to Fazio, I decided to see if they could work their magic again on this wine stain. Three days later, I picked up the shirt and it looked brand new. Cant see the stain whatsoever. Their prices are amazing, the shop is very clean, they have a big parking lot, theyre in a central location, the hours and turnaround are great, the people are nice, and the quality of work is the best Ive seen from a cleaner. Will continue to come back.Update: Downgrading this from 5 stars to 4 stars after I did some alterations through them. Brought 2 pants in for some basic hemming. The work was mediocre, they said itd be done in a week, took more than a week, and was expensive.

He pays attention to every detail about my dry cleaning and always follows through to make sure every item I send in is taken care of in the best way. Plus, he does a great job delivering everything quickly after I send my clothing and linens in. Fazio also has fabulous tailor services. They do a fabulous job with alterations. I send everything to Fazio’s because I know it will be well taken care of. I am so lucky we have Fazio to take care of my family’s dry cleaning needs.

Comment: Best part is not only the end product, they do several bedding sets for me for each bedroom each week on a weekly rotation which are cleaned, pressed and shrink wrapped individually per set— love shrink wrap organization, but their driver Raul is amazing, checks in via text, and always make pick up and drop off so easy. Makes our housekeeper’s job easier too when bedding is changed to have the sheets and bedding outsourced for cleaning and pressing, and organized by shrink wrapped sets per bedroom.

Comment: We have been using Fazio for years. Here’s a story - over 10 years ago, we had issues with Fazio: the buttons on our dress shirts were coming back broken on every shirt! We complained to our delivery driver. He said there was nothing he could do about it. So we left Fazio …at the same time the delivery driver broke off on his own, providing the same service. So we started using him. For about a year, he delivered shirts with broken buttons. The driver made the excuse it was the Fazio residual- the story didn’t add up- these were new shirts. We realized that the delivery driver was doing nothing to help us with our concerns. We went back to Fazio. And surprisingly the shirt buttons are intact every time. We have been back with Fazio for about 9 years. We are very satisfied and if ever I have an issue, our serviceman is polite, helpful and solves the problem. Fazio is a great business- it took us leaving to realize how good they are.

Comment: Completely dishonest business. They will give you one price verbally, but the refuse to give you a receipt with he quoted price. Their receipts just put $0.00. When you pick up your items, they substantially increase their price and deny the quote that they previously claimed would me saved in their system. This place is a scam. To add insult to injury, they dont know how to press suits or ties. High end designer suits have ripples all over them. How is this place in business?!!!

I’m not exaggerating when I say I could have bought entirely new blankets for less. If you generally enjoy not getting ripped off, I’d suggest finding another cleaners.

Comment: The last 3 things we gave to this place, all came back stained and one ripped (separate occasions). We only came back, because they gave us a store credit after the first catastrophe and wanted to use it. They are literally so bad, I wont even use their credit.When one stands in line and questions how a tux or a brand new dress came back with huge stains, everyone in line has a story about how they ruined something of theirs. Convenience is the only reason they go back.They also said that in exchange for credit, they wanted to keep the dress they ruined. I have never heard of such a thing! My dress was never for sale, you wankers!!!!!Clearly, something strange is going on there. They also have a very rehearsed response when something comes back ruined and try to make you sign something, in exchange for their, no guarantee try to fix it.Sooooooo dodgey! Stay away!!!
