Comment: I seldom leave bad reviews, but honestly don’t go here! I brought in a few items to be altered and the lady was extremely rude to me, but at the time I felt like it was my fault because I had never had clothing altered before. Not only did she vastly overcharge me ($40 to take in a waist, $25 for a hem, and $80 to replace a zipper) she straight up did not measure correctly and one of the items she altered was still too big and too long. When I came back to complain, they refused to adjust the item or partially reimburse me. I ended up bringing that item and others to Quick n Clean down the street, who were extremely kind, welcoming, understanding, and affordable- literally 1/3 the price for the same exact item I had to have realtered. While I was there I was talking with other customers who said they had a similar experience at Fashion Cleaners. Maybe it was an off day, but I personally will not return to this business.

Comment: Terrible establishment. Completely destroyed my cashmere sweater, the buttons came back chipped, one was missing. The color was completely changed. It cost 17.96$ for one sweater and it came back destroyed. Dont bring your clothing here!!

Comment: I deeply regret going here.They cant press.My shirts look like theyve been through a washing machine.Two of the four wool shirts still smelled,the other two coverd in lint and hair.I feel so stupid and embarrassed for paying so much for substandard service.

Comment: My receipt says 6:00 pm. I arrived at 5:55 pm and it was closed. I told the lady that I specifically needed it on Saturday evening as my son was traveling on Sunday morning. I am very disappointed

Comment: I was trying to find a dry cleaner open on Sundays, found these guys. But when I got the bill I almost soiled my pants. The prices are way higher than the others in the area. Im going back to my small dry cleaner who has transparent prices and doesnt rip me off.

Comment: There are a number of highly rated dry cleaners in South Pasadena, but I really appreciate the fact that this place is open on Sundays. Their rates are reasonable and, in my experience, the service is good.
