Comment: As of Jan. 27 2024, Washer #30 gave an AULcode after I put $7.00 in it. The nice clerk was in an extended pleasure conversation with a young man. Im not one to moan over $7, but I went to #29 and it worked quite well. Otherwise whenever I wash here, its a clean and well run facility. Im waiting to let her know that #30 is out of service.

Comment: I don’t come to the laundromat often, but when I do I go to Fair Oaks Laundry. They have sweet machines, including a nine-loader, for those times when I’ve gone weeks without a change o clothes. Ladies behind the counter are super nice, and helpful. All in all it made my Sunday. Great snacks as well.

Comment: Don’t seem to be a bad laundromat, but would be hard to do business there after they would not hire me after interviewing there for a job, a job that I’m perfectly qualified for, I’ve been trying to get a job for a while now but it’s nearly impossible when places like this discriminate because I have a southern accent, I’m overweight, and I’m older. I walk in and just one good look at me and she already knew she wasn’t going to hire me, these people should be ashamed. I just personally can’t do business with a place like that

Comment: You know, its rare that you find a laundry that lets you relax while your soiled items are being gentley air washed with a single drop of detergent[concentrate]. I love the electric leather massage chairs, Wi-Fi and Free Television.I heard Oprah was on T.v. one day. Now they will change a twenty ..,but you simply must walk in and purchase one of the their sundry items. The ladies there will do your laundry for $5.00 a pound if you prefer to just leave your dirty bag of clothes with them. You may purchase one laundry plastic bag for a dollar and a linen bag for five! Purchase your laundry card and other snacks at the vending machine and add enough money to your card for the lavish air-spinned washing machine! To top it all off you may enjoy a cup of coffee for $1 and free creme and sugar for the day. Where can you beat that???

Comment: PLEASE DONT GO TO THIS . ESTABLISHMENT . I went to Fair Oaks laundry to do two loads of laundry. Well, one if their machines laocjed and I couldnt get to my clothes for a week. These people were unreasonable and rude. They dont keep their word. Lastly, they dont have anyone on site if something goes wrong with their washers and dryers.Akso their dryers are a RIP off

Comment: I needed to blow my nose so I used my laundry card to open the bathroom.They charged me.25 cents.Theres no notice that theyre going to charge you to open the bathroom.I had the exact amount of credit needed to do my laundry and dry and now I dont.The minimum I can add to the card is $5.Thanks Fair Oaks LaundryOtherwise, its an alright place. There are enough machines, and they all work.

Comment: It’s not in the greatest area, but it is the best in the area. I love that I can use cash or card to load the laundry card. It is 1.00 to get a card so make sure you keep the one you got the first time. From memory I think the washing machines are 3.25, 5.25 and 6.75 and then there is the xxxlarge one and I’m not sure how much that is because I’ve never used it. What I learned from the ladies who work there is powder works the BEST. You slowly put it in once the water has started rushing out. 4 stars because of location and sometimes there are clogs in the bleach and softener dispensers, so you have to put it in the soap dispenser on the rinse cycle.Otherwise! Love finishing 8 loads in 1 1/2 hours!

Contrary to a comment, it DOES NOT HAVE A PUBLIC RESTROOM, however, you must be a card-carrying patron to use the restroom. It is temporarily closed and this community wants it back!!!

Comment: The first time I went there I had spills on my bags so I asked the employee there she helped me out and have me some trash bags thank you...so they changed this place they upgraded there machines they have very large loads capacity machines that fit up to o loads...ooh and you have to buy a card for 1 buck since they operate with cards now not coins...very good place to wash clothes and they have full service where you take your clothes and they do it for you...

Comment: Staff were nice and were helpful - in a laundry place of all places. Machines were good. Price was fair. And the people who were there using the place seemed to be regulars who were friendly. I recommend the place. I stopped here on the way to a client meeting to use the bathroom there but ended up saying meeting and saying hello to some friendly people. Who knew?! People make the difference.

Comment: Watch your clothes carefully at this place. I was reading a book in full view of the dryer my comforter was in and it disappeared. The person on duty and I scoured the place just to make sure someone hasnt removed it and left it out -- no dice. I left my name and number with a request to look at the camera footage when the manager came back on duty. The next day I got a phone call that the comforter had appeared -- with no explanation. Im glad I got it back, but I wont be going back here again.

Comment: A tidy laundromat with a selection of 2 load or 8 load washers! Make sure to being a credit or debit card for their required form of payment, a laundry credit card. Get fancy with a chair massage or large selection from the snack machine. Four stars because I would rather use the quarters I brought instead of my debit card.
