Comment: 1. This shop is charging clothes by brands and fabric. For some clothes, the price is gonna be double or even triple than the standard price they posted in their store.2. Their compensation policy is cattish compared with their expensive charge - they only will compensate the cloth they think the brand is real, and their judgment is gonna be the final decision, no excuses.3. They don’t like to give you an estimate if your clothes that need to wash are too much. They will say that they are expensive and for belt on coat they will charge extra. I’ve got 15 coats needs to be wash and I asked three time to get an estimate from them.

Comment: I took in five items; 2 cashmere sweaters, 1 silk robe, 1 light down filled jacket, and 1 heavy down filled jacket. The light down filled jacket was a very light pink Moncler that had several pen marks. They were able to make it look as good as it did the first day I bought it. All items came out looking brand new but what they did with the pen over the light color fabric was extremely impressive. They do quality work. Highly recommend.

Of course when you get the box it is sealed so you dont know what quality went into the process. You just have to trust. They have been in business for a long time, but I dont know if its the same owner. Be that as it may I was treated professionally and couteously.

I want to be honest & not leave a bad review without being completely honest with how I felt about my service. Thank you!!!!!!I’m so disappointed with my last order. I received both my freshly pressed clothes full of glitter. Maybe it was washed with other glitter items but it’s not what I wanted to open my cleaning up too. Plus I had some altering done and they didn’t even completely close the piece I specifically asked for. $50 down the drain, I won’t be returning even to fix it. It’s my loss but moral of the story check your items before you leave or YouTube how to alter something yourself. I’m sure a few have had a great experience but mine was not.The specks are glitter not great on the camera and I don’t want to tussle them around.They sowed the ends together but …… what happened to rest of the seem?

They didnt manage to remove all the stain in one of the vintage jerseys we had cleaned but the overall result was still light years away from its originally very dirty condition. Six hours before the ceremony I was in complete panic when I realized my suit was a mess.I literally called 12 dry cleaners in the area and no one could help me! (totally understandable, it was my own fault for waiting so long). I was about to give up when I called lucky number 13, Esteem Cleaners. Im amazed that they were able to dry clean my suit so quickly and remove all of the stains my prior drunk self left. The wedding was lit and of course, there are now more stains on my suit so Im happy to go back to Esteem! Thank you for saving my irresponsible butt!

They did a super job cleaning my sons white shirt, which had been yellow around the neck, they made it look beautiful again! They even found and saved the cuff links my son had left in his shirt pocket. They dont post their prices for services anywhere, and they dont really want to tell you how much it costs for their services by just telling you that the price will be on the receipt when you pick it up. (That should have been a red flag to begin with but i was wondering how much could it possibly cost, its just dry cleaning shirts and pants. I should have asked as well instead of just leaving. Well, to dry clean 2 shirts and a pair of pants came out to $27.45....how on earth does dry cleaning come out to $9.15 a piece of clothing...needless to say I wont be back...If you wear clothing that requires you to consistently go to dry cleaning, Id find a cheaper spot, like the other reviews also state...
