As soon as I walked into my class in San Diego I felt welcomed and when I left I had a new sense of hope for career in the automotive industry as well as in personal life. Throughout the six months I learned how to be a better mom and wife, and I overcame a lot of obstacles in my work. I truly could not have advanced as much as I have without Elite and The Masters Program. Sabrina really helps, encourages, and provides the necessary feedback to allow you to grow and continue to grow after my course is complete. Tom is awesome too! When he would come to our classes he also provided feedback necessary for growth and encouragement to keep going! I joined Elite as a coaching client on June 1st of this year and then attended the Flying with the Eagles conference in Denver where I was encouraged and refreshed by the network of coaches and clients attending. Comment: We have been with Elite since the 1990’s and have been sending all of our Service Advisors to the Masters Course since its inception. This program is an absolute game changer. It gives a student the confidence, training and tools to be an effective communicator and service advisor. I always enjoy watching the growth of our Service Advisors as they go through this class, their confidence skyrockets after the initial 3-day training and just builds over the next six months as they grow as people and advisors.I have personally taken this class and was (am) very impressed with how the classes and instructors conduct the training. All of the instructors that I have had the pleasure to know through the years all embrace and embody the ethics and positivity that I feel is a core foundation of this class. I was all in on this course when I learned that the instructors would gladly welcome any of our customers to the class to hear what is being taught. He can look at the metrics and get a good picture of whats going on with the business and spot the problem areas before they become big problems. And he also will give very good advice on how I might go about fixing them and it often is something I had not even considered doing. Comment: 2 years ago, after 35 years of running our auto repair business together, I bought my brother out of our family owned independent auto repair business. At the time, I was just a glorified service advisor that just happened to also be part owner of the business. As my brother was always the manager / number$ guy, I knew that I was going to need some help if I was going to continue to be successful AND take the shop to the next level. After seeing some ads on my Facebook page and doing some online research, I decided to reach out to the folks at Elite Worldwide. After some initial interviews and assessments, I was paired with my coach, Ed Cushman. From day one, Ed was exactly what and who I needed. Kudos goes out to the Elite staff for their matchmaking prowess. I cant imagine having anyone more suited for being my coach. He has been the perfect combination of all things I desperately needed as we worked through multiple issues including two exiting long time employees(10 years each), new hires and my biggest weakness at the time- getting my head wrapped around our KPIs. Ed has always been so patient with me as I transition from working IN the business to working ON the business. He was very accommodating when we first started out - having our coaching Zoom sessions after I closed the shop Monday evenings. I am happy to report, those sessions are now Wednesday mornings with me signing on from the comforts of my own home while the shop runs smoothly without me, thanks to the systems and processes Ed helped me develop over the last 2 years. For the last 10 years, when people have asked how much longer I wanted to keep working full time at the shop, my pat answer has always been oh probably another 10 years - but there really was no actual countdown as the years progressed. My first experience was with the Master Class for Sales Advisor training. All I can say is Wow. Jenn and Doris were amazing. Then I rolled into the Flying with the Eagles course. Which leads me to the main benefit of what I got from all of this. The introduction to my coach Leon Martin. Boy. Leon has been exceptional at identifying the type of person I am, where I am at in my business and what is the greatest necessity for ensuring I grow in the areas necessary to be the best business owner I can be. He has made special adjustments to his personal schedule to ensure the work we need to do gets done. Comment: A few months ago I went through the Fly With the Eagles course for the first time. We are a generational business and this is my 40th year in business. My three children are now running our family business and they were able to attend at the same time. Joe Marconi and his team delivered 3-days of compelling information. It was well paced, kept your attention and was very thought provoking. As in most training, you can also learn a great deal from the side conversations when you least expect it. I was able to use some of this information immediately on my return. Comment: I recently completed the Elite Masters Course for service advisors with Elite. I would like to first say it was an awesome experience and I learned a lot from everyone involved. I was blown away but how much I had to learn and how much knowledge was there to pick up from other advisors in my line of work.The person that really brought the people and the information all together and made the class so valuable was Jen Monclus. She was our instructor throughout the almost 9 month course. Jen had a curve ball as we all die with Covid-19 and this class not getting to travel to California for the first 3 day segment as all classes in the past have done. Jen did not miss a beat though and you could not tell that she had not done this entire training course on zoom before. Her and her staff did an amazing job and we all learned a ton and bettered ourselves.I really appreciate Jen and the staff at Elite and look forward to future classes and recertification in the years to come.

Comment: Running an auto repair business is not rocket science. If you are of average intelligence, you do right by people, and you are willing to work hard for long hours, you can make a living. There is no better investment that you could make in your shop than in the study of the art, and there is no better institution to provide you this education than Elite. There are other outfits out there that you can learn the science from, the plain business fundamentals. My experience with a Colorado based one at double the cost did not provide half of the value. My coach at Elite, Jim Butitta, is cut from a different cloth. He has been the highest caliber teacher, mentor, and friend I could ask for, and he has meant a great deal more to our company and its people. Comment: Without a doubt I would highly recommend Frank Scandura as a Business Coach. I have been working with Frank for over a year now and the changes in my company have been extraordinary. When I first called Ellite Worldwide I had 2 techs and myself, playing technician, service advisor, HR, marketing and anything else that needed to be done. This left me with no time and complete chaos. I was highly skeptical as to whether or not they could really help. I have seen many fly-by-night companies who claim results but in the end only want your money. Under Franks advise I hired a service advisor (which I did not think I could afford) and pulled myself away from the shop as a technician. The results were completely contrary to what I believed would happen. The shop ran much smoother and our ARO rose tremendously. I had more time with my family and more time to focus on my company. Often times I find myself going to a training and the topics are usually similar, the concepts are elementary to me and there isnt a lot of depth to the content. Comment: This is my second review of Elite but this one is specifically for the Masters Program and Jen Monclus.For those who are not familiar with the masters program, it is 6 month intensive program for Service Advisors geared for behavioral change and lasting results. I have since sent 2 of my service advisors through the program. The first thing I have to say is this stuff works. There is no other program in the industry that is this in depth. The program starts off with a 3 day in person group training in San Diego. Every week thereafter are web meetings and training. Assignments are also expected to be completed and the key to this program is reinforcement. There is only so much a student can glean off a 1-2 day seminar. This is a 6 month kick butt program to change lives. Both my service advisors went from a $800 ARO to a climbing ARO that is at $1300 at the time of this review. This is all within months of entering the program.The gem of this program is Ms. Jen Monclus. What can I say about this wonderful lady? She is hands down amazing at what she does and so passionate about her work. In the year that I have been working with Jen, she has never let me down. Walking into that class I thought was I was wasting my time at a training class from a traveling salesman. By the end of the day I could not believe the ideas I learned. This one day was the most important day in our companies history. I went back to the shop and told my Dad about what I had experienced and he was very skeptical. Over the past year my Dad has realized sending me to that class was the difference from him working in the shop until he was 80 years old and being able to retire at 65. As a man who worked his lifetime in the shop he didnt think there was any other way. Over the past year he has seen there is, and Elite has taught us how to do it. After running a now 5 bay shop for nearly 40 years, the best gift I can give my Dad is the retirement that he never thought he would get. Comment: It has been a great experience working with Elite, they have helped us realized our goals of building the business and helped us find the tools to do so. They have taught us how to pinpoint possible weak areas with our performance reports, I have even taken to doing a small daily report to keep up with what is going on with the staff every day, and sharing the results with our people has made them take an interest in our numbers, it is not unusual after a busy day to have our service adviser Nate asking how the numbers looked, or after a slow day to have him know the numbers were low. Comment: I am a huge fan of this program. When I sent my service advisor to this program our ARO was $345.00. His ARO for Feb and March this year is $428.00. This is the slow season! There was an immediate improvement after the first 3 day course he took back in Sept. of 2013. What I like best is the consistent training that the program provides. Every week Chris sounded more and more like an Advisor not a sales person. Everyone in the shop is happier, I have more money, they guys have more work, and most of all my CSI is up. Yep. People are spending more money and they are happier about it! Dorris and the Elite team are pros making the whole automotive repair experience better for shops and consumers.

Over the following 6 months he was transformed into a great service advisor. I highly recommend this to anyone who believes they can be better.
