It was ready in just 2 days, unlike other places I have been to before. They also gave me a 10 dollar credit for my birthday.My beautiful coat was covered in pet hair and they cleaned it so it looked brand new, and you would never know I had a pet.I will definitely be back, and will be recommending this dry cleaner to all of my friends and family.

Needless to say, I couldnt find a replacement cushion anywhere. My wife found the fabric at Joanns. Originally, my thought was to patch the cushion, which had been damaged by our puppy. But Sam decided to recreate the entire cushion using the fabric I brought in. And he was correct to go in this direction. Sam did a superb job!

Tried it on, and it was altered to specification, but as soon as I got home, my fiancée and I noticed double creases all around the the uniform. Both legs, front and back, and even the groin area was double-creased. I was charged $200, but seeing as how he was being generous, he only charged me $190.My wedding is in 2 weeks, and I dont have enough time or money to buy new pants, and get those altered, in time. (Seeing as how the double-creasing is permanent.)Gave 2 stars, because at least he got the sizing right.

Needless to say I was super concerned about getting it cleaned since it had sequins, lace, buttons, and rhinestones. All the major things that can go wrong. I talked with David at Dr. Js and he put me at ease. He was professional and honest with me about the cost and the entire process and cleaning timeframe. I could not have been happier and his customer service was most of the reason I took my dress to them. In fact I was so happy that after the wedding I took my dress back for cleaning a second time.

Comment: DR JS GETS THE JOB DONE.My wife has a faux fur jacket which had been pretty much ruined at another cleaners (green touch in Van Nuys). There was a strong disgusting scent of urine permeating the jacket after cleaning. A different cleaner simply couldnt get the smell out. Yet another cleaner (across the street from Dr. J) wouldnt even try because they werent confident in their ability to get it cleaned properly. My wife was despairing that the jacket would never get the smell removed, she thought she was gonna have to simply throw it away.Dr JS GOT IT CLEAN! He was understanding, friendly, and assured her that he would do everything he could to clean it properly. And he did! When my wife picked it up, the smell was gone!Thank you Dr Js Cleaners for doing the job right. It is good to find a cleaner we can trust. Well be coming back!
