Comment: I couldnt be happier with the work that the team at DR Development did in my home! We bought a home in December, and another company completing repairs before we moved in negligently removed our bathtub from our newly renovated bathroom. It was incredibly stressful for us. DR Development was referred to us by a family friend and they immediately gave us a quote and were ready to start on the work within a week of our initial call. They completely remodeled the bathtub space, taking out a window that could have caused moisture issues over time, placing concrete under the tile, replacing damaged floor tile, and giving us an even better bathroom than the one we started with! Pini and his team were so kind and communicative through the whole process. We have an eight month old, and they were very sensitive in communicating to us when we should be out of the house with her, and cleaning up every day to make sure the dust didnt get too bad. They even returned a bathtub for us that we had purchased as a replacement after we decided to install a different (and better!) one. I would highly recommend DR Development for anyone who needs home renovations. Their service was above and beyond.

Comment: We cant say enough wonderful things about Pini and DR Development. We moved into a house that needed a little TLC... fresh paint, hardware, lighting, and general upgrades in our bathrooms and kitchen. First of all, he had the brilliant idea to paint the kitchen white (it was a dark word prior) and it completely transformed the entire house. We have an open floor plan and it made the house feel much bigger and modern. The bathrooms needed totally new vanities, mirrors, and lights and I showed him pictures of the style I like and he nailed it... and even came in under budget! I highly recommend Pini and DR Development. I wont use anyone else ever again!! Thank you Pini, we are so happy!!

Comment: I am so glad I choose DR Development for my bathroom remodel in Sherman oaks You hear peoples nightmare with contractors. I was pretty nervous about the remodeling. After three estimates I decided to go with DR Development. Pini is the project manager, he is very helpful, super nice and professional. I am kind of a picky person, he is very patient with me, he would come to my house or call me every other day or two to check and making sure I was happy with every step of the way. His team worked six days a week, came on time, cleaned up everyday when they left and made sure to keep the rest of the house as clean as possible. Now, I have a beautiful new bathroom to enjoy. I am very happy with it! I absolutely recommend DR Development. Remember to ask for Pini, you will not be disappointed.

Comment: After deciding to remodel the master bathroom in my condo in Sherman Oaks, I received 4 bids on the project, without question I had the most confidence in Pini and DR Development to finish the job with the highest quality in the shortest amount of time. Pini came through and delivered a beautiful bathroom exactly as I wanted it. In doing the demo, we discovered that the bathroom had previously been remodeled right on top of the original bathroom so he ended up having to essentially demo twice. Nothing phased Pini, he would quickly find a solution and move forward. When you are doing a big project, you need someone who has seen it all before and always knows how to handle the issues that come up. Hes also a very talented designer and finds creative solutions to maximize space and efficiency - in all respects 5 stars, very responsive to any questions throughout the entire project.

The project manager, Pini, was very knowledgeable and very patient. From the first meeting, Pini explained the process and estimated the costs with the highest level of expertise. Because of Pinis support and knowledge, we went into this project, in the middle of COVID, with eyes wide open and very confident. Pini walked us through every step of the process and helped us make informed decisions. And, yes, there were unexpected surprises that surfaced and with their expert crew handled them well without cutting corners on quality.
