My dress was done being tailored about two weeks before my wedding. The same day it was finished I knew I had to drop it off somewhere to be cleaned (it was a sample and had been on the rack for a minute).I researched around and went to a place in Pico-Roberston. TBH it had great reviews, but when I brought my dress to this place, I had a bad feeling in my stomach. It came time to pick up my dress and they didn’t have it on the pick up day. Went back a few days later to get my dress and it was horrifying. My silk wedding dress had turned yellow and it was so dirty still…AND with new marks now. I was devastated. Streaks all down the front. I freaked out and got home to figure out what to do; called a million places. And THANK GOD Yosr answered her phone at about 8 PM that night. I trusted her immediately, within the first minute of our phone call. I drove her my dress that night. She met me outside her store in Brentwood and kept me updated over the course of the next 36 hours. She was also horrified by how the dress looked, but said she felt confident she could do something about it. And she did! My dress looks incredible!! I cried when she called me to tell me she fixed it lol. She cleared out all the dirt and streaks. It looks basically new. Unfortunately the people that did my dress the 1st time stained it yellow in some spots, but Yosr was able to get those out about 70% making them nearly unnoticeable. Truly a miracle worker.100% take your dress to her to get cleaned or fixed in any way! She has such a comforting and calming energy about her and I really would trust her with any of my clothing. I’m so thankful!

Comment: Amazing cleaners to have your threads cleaned. Priced fairly considering the area. They use eco friendly cleaning solutions so if youre into that, it is a major plus. Everytime I needed to get my clothes done in a timely manner, they never failed me. Absolutely incredible and definitely recommended.

Comment: We have been loyal customers of the Montana Avenue location in Santa Monica since it opened -- weve spent over $10,000 with this business. We had no problems, and then, we picked up on order and they had ruined three womens suits.There is problem with dry cleaning called fuzzy spandex. In some garments, if the garment is spun to quickly, or, left in the cleaning solvent too long, it will break down the inner layer of a garment, and the inner layer will then extrude through the garment.We actioned with management, and they promised they would send the garments to a lab for testing, and share the results back. Well, following up with them regularly through phone calls, texts, and actioning with the associates at the store we could get no action or response. Finally, writing an on-line review we garnered this response from the owner -- basically blaming us. We have taken our business elsewhere, and, wanted to let other customers know to AVOID this business -- its all just a fancy store-front with poor results and no customer service:I have never heard from you about your issues described above and it has also never been brought to the attention of my staff. As far as price, we provide the same if not BETTER quality than Browns Cleaners across from us, have you taken anything in to them to have cleaned ? their prices are at least 2-3 times what we charge, over and above their absurd pricing, they still use Perc in their cleaning process.I have done the best with your suits, we have trimmed as much of the elastic fiber that is poking thru the lining and this is the best we can do.The most I can do at this point out of courtesy is :I will write you a letter explaining how the items were cleaned & finished at our facility and you can deal with the retailer you bought the suits at. I can also get you the information of the fabric analysis lab and you can get the garments analyzed at your expense.This is the extent to which I am willing to extend myself.Thank You,Sajid Veera
