What I liked about Custom Performance was that they still choose to take 2-day installation process. Comment: EXACTLY what I wanted. I needed to redo a floor for a commercial/warehouse space. I wanted quartz epoxy. I chose Custom Performance Floors after a lot of research and calls to other places. I decided to go with Russell because he was the only one who legitimately understood and was experienced in quartz and didn’t try to convince me to do something different. He explained all of my options, gave me a quote, kept to the schedule, and did a great job. He was open to my questions and was always accessible if I had more. I was not on site and his team was independent, clean, and I received no neighbor complaints. Russell also sent me updates and photos which I didn’t ask for, but certainly appreciated. Comment: Just want to give a big shout out to Russell for going above and beyond in customer service.As a first time home buyer we were very particular in what we wanted but not always having the correct knowledge of what is available and possible. Russell was very swift, accommodating and very helpful in educating us, providing samples and quoted on site. We got a color that was more unique from the sample templates and had to be ordered. But after installation we found that the color didnt match the sample and we immediately freaked out. Gratefully, Russell was quick to respond and offered to help correct this issue. We picked out a new color and this time it matches perfectly. Now 6 month after we are still very happy with our new garage floor. And would whole heartedly recommend their service to everyone.Ps. Our final color is actually more white and pink than in the photos. But we couldnt capture it correctly with our phone camera. It looks really good in person I promise.

Comment: I contracted CPF to polish the concrete slab inside my home including the kitchen, living room, hallway and entry way. I could not be happier with their quality of work and craftsmanship. Javier and Alex are true experts that know how to expose the character of a polished concrete floor. The work took a little more than 3 days for all of the rooms including demo. I requested a semi gloss (800 grit) but they can polish more if desired. I would hire them again in a heartbeat and Im happy with the floor.

All was handled through text and a single 10 min call. The epoxy was complete in about 1.5 days with excellent quality and craftsmanship. Comment: My business was overdue for a facelift, including new floors.Instead of just replacing the carpets or laying down lvp, on the suggestion of a friend, I decided to have our concrete polished.I got 3 different quotes and these guys were right down the middle. Comment: THESE GUYS ROCK!! I’m super happy I selected them! They were here for 2 1/2 days to do our large 2 car garage our large home gym floor. Amazing transformation! They really know what they’re doing to, and they do it the right way! The estimate was accurate all the way to the end payment. The crew is outstanding, arrived on time and worked there butts off around the clock.Day 1, floors were ground down, patched, filled and ready for the next day. Day 2 the floors were prepped for the first epoxy base coat and the paint chips spread. Day 3 was a 1/2 day where they removed lose and excess paint chips, prepped the floors again, for the final clear coat.Our floors look like granite stone work now, SUPER PROS they they are! Couldn’t be happier!

Comment: I am beyond thrilled with my custom floors. I wanted something a little different and Custom Performance was willing to work with me on picking my color and even added some gold fleck. The outcome is beautiful, custom and I couldn’t be more pleased.The owners before had a fire and our garage burned down. The damage was pretty bad and to make things worse they patched with drywall putty then glued down astroturf. These guy came in and dug all of that up and repaired everything so our floors will last years. I can’t recommend them enough!

Within 1 month it was yellow and coming up in our garage. The original contractor told us “it was always going to yellow over time because we went with an epoxy coating”. We were completely caught off guard and would never have done it if we knew that first.We reached out to Russ at Custom Performance Floors and he explained to us what would work best with our garage floor knowing it would see sunlight.Russ was able to start that week and got rid of our horrible yellow floors. Now it looks amazing! Really easy to clean, no yellowing or flaking. I would 6 stars if possible.
