Comment: On my way to the Funeral Home I realized I should have pressed my Dads shirt. I stopped on a whim to see if the cleaners could do it. They were so polite and accommodating took my items and quickly steamed and returned them to me. This is what service looks like. Thank you. You never know how a simple act of kindness can be a blessing to someone. I will be back.

Comment: Edit: These nice and wonferful people here stayed true to their words. I went again for the second time, and was able to get my dry cleaning completed in a timely manner, with great quality. They did my suit for free as well this time. I will keep coming back every week! Their hospitality and accomodation for me was wonderful. They even recognized that it was my suit that got delayed. I appreciate the care and attention you all!-------------The people here are pretty nice and helpful. But they made a mistake in processing my order that delayed the dry cleaning, and unfortunately, affected me and the stores reliability.I brought my suit in for dry cleaning on a Friday and specifically asked for the suit to be done the next day, since I need the suit for work on Monday (their Sunday is closed). I only have one suit. I was assured by the employee processing my suit that it would be ready by Saturday. When I came back at closing on Saturday, I was told that it was not ready, that it would be ready by 12pm on Monday, and to call back on Monday at 6am if I wanted it earlier. There was a messup by the employee processing my order that caused this delay.I believe that it was a genuine mistake, but it unfortunately affected me, because I need my suit for work. I am frustrated that I will have to buy a new suit just to go to work on Monday, and spend unnecessary money when I really cant afford much.I still believe in second chances and all the other reviews here, so I will try them again next week, and update this review to 5 stars if they can get my suit done by the time we mutually agreed on, with good quality.

Comment: Best service ever.I came here late at night on a Sunday and I needed my coat by the next day. With such short notice, I wasnt sure if they would be able to make it happen. The gals working there stated it wouldnt be a problem and I could swing by Monday afternoon. Just as promised my coat was ready by 3:40 pm. My coat needed a little TLC and Viola my coat had its missing button on, the other buttons tighten, and the coat fresh and clean. Thank you Comet cleaners, I will be back for all my cleaning needs. Ive already started telling my friends and family about your services. You provided me with excellent service.P.s. prices are reasonable and affordable.
