Comment: There are credit card fees so watch your bank statement. I saw roaches there yesterday which is pretty gross. Parking is super limited. I was blocked in for about 10 while people decided to double park.. I washed 3 items I n the top load washer and I still wasn’t clean. Over priced and under services. The staff here is also kind rude and unhelpful.

Comment: I drive by a few other laundromats on the way to Clean Bubbles. I find that this place is cleaner than most places. One of the employees even stopped to help me fold a large comforter. I especially like that I don’t have to load a “store card” like I do at the place nearest to me.

Comment: I cant say enough. Just a great experience. I do wish there was a manual for people like me... Like how many loads fit in the 20 lb or 30lb or 40lb washers. What about the 60 & 80. I dont weigh my laundry. I have no idea how much to put in. So I have been experimenting. Thankfully the lady who works there is beyond nice and patient..

Comment: So today I received the rudest encounter with a worker of yours with light brown hair. She approached me aggressively saying to me, Dont be cleaning out the dryer vents here. While waving her finger at me like I was a child, but Im a 50 year old grandma. I told her, Im just cleaning out my dryers. The dryer vents were filthy and could also cause a fire hazard. She said, Well dont be cleaning them because others will see you and thats how dryers get broken. I said, Im not trying to break them. She replied still waving her finger with her voice raised, Well dont be cleaning them, thats my job! At that point I told her, Well do your job then? She said, Excuse me? I said, Well do your job then and I wouldnt have to clean them. And dont be coming at me all gangster like that. Which is the exact verbal abusive approach she took. It progressed from there with her threatening me, telling me this was her laundry mat and to get my things and leave. I told her my clothes arent dry yet. She yelled I dont care! Take them out and leave! Mind you this was happening in front of my children. People started to look. She yelled, Im calling the police. I replied calmly Call them. She continued to say she was going to turn off my dryers and I was tresspassing. At that point, I was ignoring her and continued to do my laundry and clean my basket while she continued saying, I dont give a F***!I was not about to let a woman be verbally abuse to me any longer so stayed quiet and waited for the police to arrive. Little did she know I was a retired social worker. They never arrived, my dryers were never turned off and she left. I hope shes learned a lesson. You treat people the way you want to be treated. You get what you give. Such poor customer service today, and I go there all the time. But this will not keep me from going there. I just hope you can communicate with your workers about being polite or maybe a customer service course will help.

The laundrymat is clean, the staff was nice, and using card is an option which is great seeing as now change is hard to get because of covid.9/21/22 update went back because I had a large load of cover. Place is still great.

Comment: This place is nice and clean but the management is rude and follows you throughout the establishment. I went there the other day got quarters and had forgotten my detergent. When I asked what time was last wash the manger said 7:45. I wouldnt be back in time so I left and didnt come back. Mind you, when I asked it was about 7:15. When I left she said, dont just come in and get quarters, you need to wash your clothes. Ok......Also, its modern but hella expensive.

She asked my email address but she could just explain over the phone. First I left a message and had to call again since the store didnt bothered to call me back. If I could give a negative star, I would have.

Comment: First time here. Its probably one of the cleanest laundromat I have ever been to. The machines take debit/credit cards. Which it charged my card $10 per machine...which I dunno if theres like some kind of fee or whatever. But its a bit pricey...but so far..thats the only thing thats bothersome...parking lot is a bit small. I got lucky and got a spot..

Comment: So I really used to like this place because the washers work fast. but as of lately all of my clothes & my sons have been getting stained, this has happened on separate occasions mind you I’m an adult who knows how to wash my clothes the correct way & how to separate colors etc. at this point it’s really frustrating because we go here to wash & clean our clothes not to have our clothes that we pay money for get ruined the owner should probably invest in having the washers deep cleaned from the inside… or something that can fix this problem

Comment: Had to dry ever load for times on high for 14 minutes in order for socks, boxers, and tshirts to dry. Towels only three took 2 x 14 minutes on high to dry. Thin bedding took 2 x 14 minutes on high to dry. Really think their temperature sensors arent working well. This is the second time here. The first was amazing the second dismal. Not returning.

Comment: The attendant and management are dicey as it gets. The attendant is discriminatory in applying rules and if you dare to complain about the lack of care in following them such as the social distancing protocol THEY and the public health department have posted, they might ask you to leave and threaten to call the police. Shocked to find, I wasn’t the only one who experienced this problem with being asked to leave, such that you are trespassing if you come back or stay. Problem is if you’re just doing your thing there’s a risk you take and it’s not worth it with their shiny happy surroundings lurks a shameful management policy which allows the staff to use heavy handed measures to abuse customers. This is not a joke and this is why reviews are important.

Comment: The door automatically inlocks at 6AM and they have a myriad of machines from small loads for $2.75 all the way up to 60lb & 80lb machines. Its very clean there and they have a fluff and fold service !

Comment: This is the nicest laundromat I have used and I’ve tried all different places across the city for almost 9 years now (apartment dweller with no laundry on site :/) it is always immaculate and the staff is very kind. Recently I had thrown my clothes into the wash and stepped out to run another errand. When I returned (about 10/15 min after the wash cycle has ended), I found that the attendant had moved my clothes to a dryer and paid for them to be dried. He said that he didn’t want the clothes to sit in water in the washer and smell badly. I tried to pay him for the use of the dryer and he wouldn’t accept, stating that it’s their policy to do that for their customers. Where else would you find this kind gesture ?! Best laundromat in town.

There’s also TV and it’s not hot inside as there are some fans. There’s also someone working if you need assistance and keeping the place clean. In short, if you need to do your laundry, you can go there with your eyes closed

Comment: This coin operated laundry has re-opened under a new name and new management. I believe it is called Clean Bubbles. I went to do my laundry early on May 4. There are new washing machines installed. The place is cleaner than it used to be.
