Comment: Expensive and misleading. The prices on the machines show the prices for an express wash not a regular wash. If you want a regular wash it’s a dollar more than the shown price on the machine.Oh and they charge more for hot water so just pile on the upcharges if you want a decent wash. The load is now $3 more than you expected.The machines are not labeled differently or in different zones so watch out you’re not paying for a more expensive machine.They also charge you $2 for a reloadable card.There are better laundromats close by that won’t covertly take your money. Lesson learned

Comment: Scam cards! I spent $20 on ONE LOAD!!! Next time I’ll wait up till dawn and go back to the Laundry Basket at Highland instead.These weird cards require $10 minimum each time. $2 went to the card (scam like) and when I got to the machine, the uneven prices kept changing for water (which is normal, but uneven pricing is scam like) and then I had less than the $2 needed for drying. $20. They’re trying to trap you. I’m just gonna let them have their ransoms and keep going to the laundry basket near Highland and Santa Monica. It’s so much simpler, more affordable, a good app to use, and the machines are just as good with no scam cards.The machines didn’t properly label where to put soap, so I couldn’t get my clothes clean. This is an issue raised in another, recent review here. I wanted to avoid this one bc I seen this coming, but I had no option. This is so silly lol. I doubt a laundromat does refunds, but this one should. This is not a good business model, and I guess that’s why they have to take people’s change.I’m going to see if these are covered like gift cards by California law. If so, any balance under $10 must be refunded.And it isn’t even that nice inside. The music will put you to sleep. But the vending machines will take your “laundry card,” if you want to prepay $10 for a can of soda.

Comment: This place requires you purchase their own card ($1) to use the machines which is annoying but fine, but the sketchy issue is you can only add whole dollar amounts while the machines have odd prices: $6.39, $5.49, etc.This is scammy because no matter what you do you could never use all the money on your card! In essence they’re stealing the rounding amount. Feels exploitative of poor people.They charge more for hot water, which again, understandable to some degree but $2 per load? Yet if you use less heat in the dryers it doesn’t get cheaper.Also I had an issue with the soap not dropping down. The very pleasant woman came over and helped and even added some soap for me. Super nice! But my clothes were already rinsing so they were now soapy. I assumed she’d simply add more time but then informed me she’s not able to! So I had to pay to run another cycle. No offer of refund or adding money to my card.Am I wrong to expect more from a place that charges these prices?

Comment: Awesome spot to do laundry early in the morning like 2am.Kimo keeps the rif-raf out, keeps it clean and lets me do my laundry in peaceher you can use either cash, debit or credit card to load a laundry tap card. its a little more expensive here but worth the 24 hours open, cleanliness, and use of a credit card instead of coins that banks dont like to give anymore.

Comment: Usually don’t take the time to write negative reviews but wanted to make sure people isn’t the community are informed. Went here because I need to wash some cushions late at night. First red flag was that they charged several dollars more than the list price per machine just to get hot water. Then, come to find out, the hot water isn’t even hot. Wasted three hours and about 40 dollars on six loads. If you’re tempted to go because it’s the only one open, just wait til the morning and go to a different place!

The swish swash swish swash of the commercial washers along with the faint conversation in three maybe four languages and the pitter patter of childrens feet actually let me relax. A strange but uplifting peace. Knowing that at least there is one place there is harmony amongst Angelenos.Oh yeah almost forgot, the bathroom was out of order..... Darn, it wouldve been perfect.

Comment: Literally will never come back here. To start, their digital pay is wonky, which isnt a huge issue. However, the machines dont use the right temps. The cold machine was super hot, and the machine in which I paid EXTRA for hot water, just came out completely cold...When we told the attended he said hed check the heaters in the back. After which he was just like, yeah thats too bad and then didnt see him the rest of the time.Our first dryer had connection issues so then we used another. 1 dollar for 18 min. The clothes did not come out smelling clean or fresh. Even with the Tide fabric sheets we purchased there.The clothes came out smelling not fresh at all and with a harsh metallic smell. I know some times dryers give off a scene but this was way more than usual. Also, I can still smell some odors on the items, so I really dont believe their washers work well. They might spin still super fast, but I dont think thats cutting it.To top it off, I found a cleaning glove had been stuck to the inside of one of the washers. So gross. Id have asked for a refund but there was no one to ask.My suggestion is to stay away. Might be good in a pinch of you need to desperately rinse something at 1 am. But yeah, Id rather wash them in my sink than come back here.

Plus when I was in there recently there was a huge mess with a grocery cart + trash surrounding it, foam (from a blanket I assume) was everywhere for the full 2h that I was there. Granted it was the property of someone who was doing laundry there but still, there was literally food smeared all over the cart.

Plenty baskets and multiple size machines were available. The vending machines were fully stocked with both- snacks and laundry supplies.This location is reasonably priced. My favorite part was the digital option for washers and dryers! Though they do have change machines. This will be my new go to laundry in the area.

Comment: My apartment complex washing machine was out of service while I needed to wash and this place had the best reviews of laundry mats that was closest to me. This place is super clean and has free parking. Also there is a restroom, a change machine for bills, takes credit card, Apple Pay, google pay, and Samsung pay! It’s a huge convenient to accept multiple payment types and no longer have to worry about quarters! However, the downside is the cost. This place is a little pricey. It’s $8.50 for a 8 load, $4.50 for a 4 load, $2.50 for a 2 load, $.50 extra for a wash with hot water, and $1.00 for 24 mins for the smaller dryer and $2.00 for 32 mins for the larger dryer. If they lower the washing prices $ 0.75 cents to a $ 1 dollar this place would be perfect.P.S. something is technically wrong with there Apple Pay with the dryers the LCD stated $1.00 for 24 mins but changed me $3.50 even with following all the printed instructions.7/26/21 Update:Only the dryers have a pre-authorization if you use Apple Pay. I tried to find a more affordable laundromat and quickly came back to this one. Honestly you’re not gonna find a more affordable laundromat especially with all the convenience that this one has so this definitely my favorite laundromat in my area. 👍🏻

Machines all accept both coins AND credit card, which is greatly convenient and more hygienic in these Covid times...
