Comment: L was at the laundry today just doing my laundry i went to get a cart the attendant that was working there its august the 29th 1200 pm on my way back to dryers she stopped me and said i just mopped you cant go rhat way i turned around to go the other isle she followed me she said you cant go that way either i said well how am i gonna get to my clothes she said i will take it whats the differance than her walking on the floor than me by this time the floor was dry she said cant you see the signs i said yes but the floor is dry she said i neede to shut up cause she was gonna come over there a threat to me i said i was gonna report her she said i dont care trust e i am she does not need to be working with the public im 66 and no threat to anyone i told her to just leave me alone so i could do my laundry im never going there again and by the way there was 19 people in there and she was mopping wth

Comment: Great place with affordable prices, free dry as well for certain days ( Tues-Fri), only 4 out of 16 machines are free on those days so with patience you can save some money. There’s thrifting store and ice cream donut next door to kill some time while waiting! They have carts and sells tide pod and bleach if you don’t bring your own ( it’s affordable). There is coins machine if you need to covert from bills to coins but they do have card systems so you can use your card as well so use whatever you comfortable with! It’s clean and well maintained inside, employees keep on cleaning and sweeping to make the place shines. There are plenty benches and metal chairs to sit and wait!

Comment: This laundry mat used to be good but recently Ive had problems with the washing machines and dryers. The washing machine only accepts credit cards sometimes and the coin machines are broken. When I tried to put coins in machine it took forever because it kept eating my quarters so I had to bang on it several times. The dryer didnt even heat so I had to find one that worked. I would drive the extra miles to another place. Plus they no longer have free drying on the weekends.

The employees are always kind and helpful. They could extend their hours to close at 11pm instead of 9 pm. Last load at 8 pm is a little early in my opinion.

Here are the points that concerned me.No restrooms.Machines are expensive, and theyre either 6 loads or 1 load.Music is so loud you cant use a phone.Its not cards or coin. The machines take cards but the soap dispensers only take coins.The attendant (a guy) was too busy looking at hot chicks on his social media to do anything more than look up. He doesnt seem to have feet.Im really looking forward to Teslabots. 😁

Comment: A great laundromat that follows CDC guidelines for Covid-19. Many large tumblers make washing fast, and the washer/dryers take debit/credit cards (no need to use quarters). Regular washers are quarters only. There are free dryers designed for customers who wash. There is a vending machine with detergent, bleach and dryer sheets in case you forget something or run out - the vending is quarters only. No bathroom.The staff here keep everything tidy and they sanitize handles between customers. You must wear a mask to enter, and its recommended to sit in your car while the clothes cycle to maintain social distancing. Its a laundromat, so dont leave the premises, but when sitting in the car, the staff do a great job of looking out for your laundry!

Comment: This place is nice and clean very friendly but I had a bad experience I threw in the dryer because they have free drying my bathroom rugs next thing you know the employee that works there took them out of the dryer I asked them why did they do that they told me that the owner was watching at home and told them to take it out of the dryer that it needs more than two items in the dryer for that reason I will never go back the owner shouldnt be telling customers how to dry their clothes just to let everyone know they no longer have free dry they changed up on us

The staff are friendly and are always helping the customers or mainating the machines. 💗 Not to mention the dryers are free to use. And while you wait for ur stuff, u can hop to the next door subway or donut shop and make an enjoyable activity out of ur laundry day

Comment: The first thing that impressed me when I walked in the laundromat was the cleanliness! This is by far the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been to! And Ive been to at least 50 over my lifetime... Both attendants, the evening and the morning persons, were extremely friendly, and very helpful. I love the fact that Blvd has 9 load washers and 8 load dryers! Great for getting all your laundry done at once, or doing heavy blankets & lots of towels and sheets. The prices are very reasonable. $9.25/ 9 load washer, and $3 for the regular size front load washers. And fast too! 24 mins for the 9 loader! The machines take debit & Spyderwash cards, and change. THEY OFFER FREE DRYS!!!! (Select dryers) One dry for every load washed at Blvd. There are two change machines, and they sell snacks in the back. Blvd also has very nice nylon cinch-sack laundry bags for sale. Their bathroom is always kept very clean, and they have nice flat screen TVs to watch while you wait.I hate doing laundry, but I love coming here!

Comment: This was my first time doing laundry here and I will definitely be back. Customer service was awesome, I was barely out of the car when a young man who worked there came out to greet me. He gave me a quick rundown on the laundromat. He even went back in and brought out a cart to put all my bags of clothes in and took it inside for me while I was getting my detergent, etc. I was impressed by the cleanliness of the place. While there I saw sweeping and trash pick up several times. Also I left 2 small items in the washer and another employee asked if they were mine and brought them to me. I appreciate that he didnt just toss them, I would have had to go to the store and purchase them again. The place was not crowded and I was able to use the 6-load washers for my clothes and the 5-load dryers to dry them . Did I mention that you can dry for FREE there, loved that. I even was able to leave my detergent, etc with an employee while I went next door to McDonalds for some food. Cant beat that experience, it was great for the first time going to a laundromat in years. Kudos to the staff, thanks for a great experience.

Comment: Clean and well kept. Just had an issue with a washing machine that wasnt promptly labeled out of order. Just got an Im sorry and a apologetic shrug. No help with a solution. Just put up a sign and walked away. But, I just stayed quiet and tried figuring out how to keep my clothes clean. Then, I ask if they have scented dryer sheets hoping, you know...out of courtesy for the broken washer, I would at least get some free. (The machine completely skipped the rinse cycle, so I wasnt able to put the fabric softener) Nope.. only had a dollar left for the 2 small sheets, so that brought me down too. Felt like I could have been helped at least with that. Other than that mildly bad experience, it isnt a bad place. The free dry helped me out with not paying more, so that was a plus.. 😑😩

Comment: This is ultimately the best laundromat there is around in Sacramento or even outside of Sacramento they have 9 load washers for $9 I go to Midtown and they are charging outrageous prices for Less wayless you end up getting charged $16 for 8 loads of laundry when you can come here and do 9 loads for simply $9. Their staff is amazing they are very friendly however they do not allow any nonsense around their business at all which is nice because we are in Del Paso Heights but if you come to the laundromat you will never know because they do not put up with that they are very professional and theyre staff works non-stop on staying maintained and sanitary. Ive never been there and seen any of their employees sitting around doing nothing nor have I ever seen any mess or filthy this at all so it is always nice to know that youre not doing your laundry in a washing machine that is filthy and you dont know where its been which can be a question on anybodys 9 if you have been to a bad laundromats this laundromats and staff always cleans their machines after every customer so nobody goes behind nobody. It is by far the cleanest laundromat Ive ever been the best laundromat I have went to other competitors around and I cannot find anybody who can compete with this laundromat. So if youre tired of getting ripped off from going to Midtown or any laundry mat and paying $8 to do 6 loads of laundry and then you also have to pay for a drying most of the time, which you do not have to here, I recommend you come to this laundromat.

Comment: I am here right now and the customer service is awesome, they had a special and I only paid 5.50 to wash 9 loads! Its very clean, nobody is hanging out in front. Definitely better than before!!! Absolutely amazing!!
