Comment: The couple who runs this place are both very polite and helpful. Best rates and fast service. We have been a customer for over 2 years now. Wash & Fold is the most cost effective and dry cleaning is a good deal as-well. If you are tired of overpaying for your buildings laundry costs - try this place and enjoy the extra time that can be better spent at home. I highly recommend them over places in SF.

Comment: We go here for Wash-and-Fold regularly. Their quality of work is above and beyond any other service weve tried in San Francisco, including a bunch of the app-based ones. Theyre kind, and professional, and friendly, and family-run.

Comment: Ive used Marina Cleaners for 21 years and I now live in Marin. They pick up and drop off at my house. They are the only cleaners who do the collars on mens shirts well. If other cleaners fold over the front lip and ruin your shirts, go to Marina Cleaners.

Comment: I started to go to this place when the wash and dry near my house closed. Literally the second time I went there they managed to lose not one, not two, but THREE sports bras of mine, and my load had a pair of panties in it that werent mine. 100% will NEVER go back.

Comment: Very poor experience. Called and got a quote, was told 0.95/lb on wash and fold.Arrived at 3:30 the next day, the told me they couldnt do it same day, Was told it would be ready the next morning. I had separated my clothes cottons and synthetics, and asked them to do two loads, and to use our soap, a dye and perfume free soap. She said it would be $20, because you asked for separate loads. Whatever, was in a huge time crunch and didnt have many options, it was 16 lbs of clothes.They were done on time, and packeged in neat paper bundles. The pants came back with soap marks, from dried soap, not the soap we asked them to use and gave them. They smelled of perfumes from dryer sheets. The synthetics were dried on hot, and the collars on the LuLu lemon tee shirts were shriveled and essentially ruined.Ill never use them again.
